The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and you get a perfect veiw of lock 7.

This property has an incredible view of lock 7 and the ships that go through. The accommodations are fancy but the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable with balconies for sitting and quick access to the bike/park trail along the Welland Canal.

Was over looking the Canal ! Nice

This was an outstanding place to stay, whether it is short term or long term, definitely recommend if you want to explore the Niagara Region.

Room was very dirty! Carpets dirty, table had cup stains,not wiped, toilet tank dirty, everything dirty!!!! bed had 1 thin blanket, no comforter. we used other bed blanket too. woke up cold!!! We set thermastat at 22 degrees but it winds down ,,,,we woke up cold, at 10 degrees. Stay somewhere else, not wor th $175 a night. Was like a cheap dirty Motel

You stay there to watch the lake freighters going through lock seven. The hotel is basic, no hair dryer but the location is in an old well established neighbourhood. A ten minute walk past the Anglican church to a wonderful Pho 18 Vietnamese restaurant. It is cozy and welcoming. The food is excellent. Go to The Early Bird restaurant for breakfast. Our grandsons said the food was better than Cora’s and the servings were huge! We arrived at 9:39 am and by 10:00 the place was packed with regulars.

Not normally a negative ninny but this property left a lot to be desired. Beds felt like you were sleeping on granite slabs. Our stay was four nights and other than having our beds made and new towels delivered not much was done, our room was never cleaned the entire time.

Have stayed here twice so far, visiting family in area. Enjoy watching the boats go by, never disappoints.

Great location to watch multiple ships going through the Welland Canal. Very unique setting. Refrigerator was a big plus. Super comfy pillows and extra blankets in room. Close drive to beautiful Niagara on the Lake.

This was our second time staying at the Inn. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The best part is watching the ships in the lock right from our balcony.

I had a good stay. It’s my second time. No complaints. Perfect for nice and quiet stay!

The view from my balcony was fantastic, and I did get to see a ship "locking through." The property is a little bit dated (the bathroom is very cramped), but it is very clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and very helpful.

Basic room, as advertised. Very clean. Beds were a bit hard.
