the Suite was very neat and comfy. the front let us keep our belongings inside the office before the check in, and check-in-and-out service was very quick. this building is in UBC campus but near UBC, there are lots of contruction going on, so it is little complicated around there. but it was nice place to stay !

2명이 잘 수 있는 침대가 있는 방에 묵었다. 주말 포함 3박했는데 평균 220 캐달이 지불되었다. 매우 조용하였고 추위를 원래 잘 타 히터를 최고로 했는데도 약간 추워 관계자분께 말 하니 포터블 히터를 가져다 주셔서 원만히 지냈다. 전자렌지, 냉장고, 하이라이트 전기레인지, 남비 등등 먹을 걸 준비해서 간단히 해 먹을 수 있었다. 학교내 마트가 걸어서 5분 거리에 있었다. 버스들의 종점이어서 시내 나가기에는 바로 앞 버스들이 있어서 편리했다. 공항에서 그곳까지 택시비는 35달러가 지불되었다.

Great place to stay when visiting our kiddo at UBC. Quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms could use better bedding ie a comforter or duvet type cover (rather than just sheet material) but that’s really it.

Lots of parking for guests and the parking spaces are wide enough which was a huge relief for our stressed out driver lol. The suite was lovely and my pull out bed was already fully prepared because they knew that we were a group of three. Food was conveniently nearby as were walking trails and beaches. The campus itself is beautiful.

it took a very long time to check-in. The access to the room was very unclear and confusing. There was no wifi access. Not a good experience. Not recommended.

Great room. Easy check in and check out. Super helpful staff. Kitchen well stocked. Helped to make my stay easy and fun.

Better to have breakfast option.

Ventilation poor. Room smelled musty. No insect screens on windows and patio door so opening them was not a permanent option. Heating and cooling using splits was not great.

The building is old but the room has bern well redone. Everything was new and clean. Mattress was harder than I would like.

空調不能自選，由中央直接控制，所以有過熱情況出現，我一共住四個晚上，正好第三天，沒有岀去，見到職員，是這樣整理床舖及枕頭，他把枕頭及被全放在地上，鋪好床單再把被及枕頭放回床上，只是整理，並沒有換枕頭套及床單被鋪，所以第四天，我選擇keep privacy, 不用打掃，避免枕頭被鋪再丢到地上，再污染多一次

Was a lovely stay. It was clean and quiet and easy to get to UBC hospital. Lots of parking available too. Will stay again!
