성수기에 비싼 가격에 예약했는데 처음 호텔에 들어갔을때 오래된 느낌이고 침구관리가 별로 청결해보이지 않아 실망스러웠습니다 하지만 늦은 시간인데도 체크인할때 매우 친절해서 좋았습니다 특히 사장님이 근처 비버보드워크 등 갈만한곳과 음식점 등을 잘 안내해주시고 너무 친절하게 대해주셔서 친절한 응접은 최고였어요

전반적으로 만족합니다~ 주차장에서 객실까지가 좀 멀어서 짐 운반하기가 어려웠어요..

Easy location to find, convenient parking in front of the suite. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

The woman who checked me in was pleasant and the room was clean and nice. The woman who checked me out in the morning on the other hand: completely rude and unprofessional. She was also the one who put the breakfast out and at 8:30 (it’s from 8:00am-9:00am) myself and my son, and another French couple came to eat and they had a couple sausages, completely watered down coffee and a completely empty water cooler. There was barely any milk for my sons cereal and I ended up giving the sausage to the French couple that I had grabbed for us because there was a boiled egg and three sausages left after they came in (there were 5 to begin with I took one for each of us) so I offered it to them. Over all wasn’t an awful stay but that woman in the morning needs a serious chat from management about how she behaves when on shift alone.

Great value for money. Arrived after hours, but everything was well set up for smooth check-in and key instructions. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Basic, but with all you would need for a comfortable stop over. Even had free continental breakfast.

The desk clerk was so nice, the room was beautifully renovated. We really appreciated the breakfast that was included (which was prepared by the really nice desk clerk from the check in) this is our new favorite hotel in hinton
