Aristos puebla is located nice place, because there is centro and street is pretty quiet. Hotel maid is gentle and hotel receptionist can speak English!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right in the center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and many attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I also appreciated the hotel's excellent security. There was 24/7 security on site, so I felt safe throughout my entire stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, and both the rooms and common areas were spotless. I stayed in both a standard room with a private shower and a single room with a shared bathroom. Both were very comfortable, and I was especially impressed by how clean and well-maintained the shared bathroom was at all times. The room amenities were great, with comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, especially breakfast, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Great location, outstanding customer service, excellent food, exceptional cleanliness, and a safe, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

The staff was

Great, centrally located hotel in a art deco building. Restaurant and bar downstairs but there are multiple other options within the immediate vicinity. In addition the rooms were clean, the water hot and the wifi good. Have stayed here twice and will be returning on my next trip to Mexico City.

Chequen bien al momento de hacer la reservación, ya que algunas habitaciones son con BAÑO COMPARTIDO, tuve que pagar adicional para que me cambiaran de habitación, aún y cuando en ningún lugar de la reservación lo menciona.

Everyone was helpful except for the front desk staff, who seemed uninterested and lacked communication. The facility is definitely outdated and in need of renovations. However, it’s a good value if you’re traveling on a budget, especially with breakfast included. Would I recommend it? Yes—if you’re looking for an affordable, budget-friendly hotel.

The property is cute but the beds are so uncomfortable and tough. There’s no AC in the rooms. A bit outdated. Surrounding area very noisy. I would not stay here again but it was one night so it was ok.

Pésima habitación era doble y las camas sucias e inestables rechinaban, el baño terrible, además el ruido sin aire acondicionado un abanico ruidoso, y tenías que dejar la llave al salir no se siente seguro.

No entre pero olía hasta afuera a cigarro y borrachos

Habitación bien en general, aunque el formato del baño no te da privacidad. No tiene techo dentro de la misma habitación y es un solo nivel, el agua de la regadera salpica por el resto del piso del baño en el área de lavabo y sanitario. Su ubicación es conveniente para caminar al centro histórico.
