Todo me gustó ! Solo la alberca está turbia el agua, no se ve el fondo y mis hijas no quisieron estar mucho tiempo ahí

The pool was easy to access from the room. Family friendly.

Felt safe, and very comfortable. The breakfast included was delicious.

La vista, las instalaciones y la atención en el restaurante. Inmejorables.

This hotel went far and beyond what we were expecting of good hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful with an issue we had not regarding the hotel, it was a personal problem we had. Lupita Romero and Jaqueline were so so nice and helpful we will be always grateful to them. Thank you. The hotel has a great breakfast and the pool is very nice and warm. A great place to stay.

Beautiful location.

El personal es súper servicial y atento. Lástima de las habitaciones que en general están muy bien pero la presión del agua es básicamente nula. Nos tuvimos que bañar con un hilo de agua. No pudieron cambiarnos de habitación con el pretexto de que “todas las habitaciones están igual” Nos cambiaron la regadera y mejoró un poco pero nunca estuvo bien. No nos limpiaron la habitación en ningún momento. No regresaría teniendo tantas más opciones similares en costo. Como recomendación, una bomba que les genere un poco de más presión en las regaderas ayudaría mucho.

I just had a couple concerns which was the fact that the shower had a strong mild dewy odor and breakfast was at an upstairs kitchen and I being handicapped I can’t use stairs and they only had one person working there and they only offered for my husband to come get the food or for us to wait. Keeping the whole me being on a cane they did originally had us upstairs but they were able to change our room to down stairs. In my opinion they should have more handicap access

Unfortunately it was off season n restaurant wasn’t open

Los desayunos incluidos muy limitados y nos hicieron sentir que nos estaban haciendo el favor ya que NO era temporada alta , o no había pan o no había platillos del menú .. Escasea el agua caliente y hacía frio

La estancia súper tranquila, mejor de lo que esperaba, ya que se ubica en un lugar donde no hay tráfico ni gente alrededor, tampoco se escucha nada de las habitaciones contiguas

Roads are very rough and you should use a Truck or SUV .... Since its the low season the restaurant wasn't open which we were not aware of . Its very cold in the room so dress warm .... No.heat

Muy lindo, la comida y la atención del personal pueden mejorar.

los cuartos muy limpios, el desayuno rico y sobretodo la atencion en recepción de Isabel Fonseca fue excelente. Sin duda alguna muy recomendable y volveríamos a venir.
