Location perfect Hotel needs help

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The air conditioning also wasn’t working properly, and our room stayed around 80°F, which made it very uncomfortable. On our first night, there was a storm that caused the power to go out for the entire night. We understand that weather is beyond the hotel’s control, but we were on the second floor and the elevator wasn’t working because of the outage, so carrying luggage and going up and down the stairs multiple times was very inconvenient. To make matters worse, the power went out again the following day, and there was no hot water on either day. While unexpected issues can happen, having multiple power outages, no air conditioning, no hot water, and no elevator made for a very frustrating stay. One final disappointment was our experience with the hostess at the Lola Rooftop restaurant. Every time we returned to the hotel, she questioned where we were going, even after I had already told her we were hotel guests staying there for two nights. It made us feel unwelcome and as though we had to justify entering the property each time, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable. The staff was otherwise courteous, but overall the condition of the room and the repeated maintenance issues made this stay far below what we expected.

El hotel se encuentra en un punto estrategico; cerca de la plaza principal y de todos las tiendas. Los cuartosn son pequenos, pero comodos, de buen gusto y junto con los banos muy limpios. La terraza del hotel es un gran acierto! La comida y bebida es de gran calidad y generosamente servidas. La vista al centro es espectacular y el ambiente es relajado y amistoso. El personal es eficiente, atento, y resuelven al momento. Definitivamente recomiendo este hotel, tanto para estancia familiar, profesional o individual. Les va a gustar!

El personal muy amable , la limpieza impecable en sí el hotel es 10/10 el único detalle son los ruidos del exterior que no te dejan descansar al 100. Sus sábanas y almohadas son fantásticas

It could be a bit cleaner.

booked 2 rooms, first room was ok with a great view but extremely noisy from the restaurant above the hotel. now let me tell you about my parents second room, the room smell like mildew and had mold on the ceiling. also restroom is tiny with low shower pressure. so staff made it right by switching to a bigger cleaner room with bigger shower.. now the new room had several issues also, the luggage stand fell apart, then the shower flooded so bad that the entrance door swell and has hard to closed the door. also both rooms didn't had a refrigerator. if you want a quiet please to relax this is not the right hotel for you, is extremely noisy due to the traffic. staff are very nice and helpful but... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... yes, hotel is right in the center of the city but there's better hotels in the city within walking distance I REAPEAT, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A QUITE ROOM

Tiene muy buena ubicación. Desafortunadamente por lo mismo el ruido empieza muy temprano en la mañana

Needs parking

Servicio excelente y amables , limpieza y todo muy bien a excepción de que si te toca en el piso 3, se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante que tienen en terraza hasta tarde, por la mañana la mucama con música a volumen alto que limpia las habitaciones contiguas se escucha todo, no hay buen aislamiento de ruido en la habitación. Tiene vistas hermosas al centro de Tepa.

Liked the view, the walk. Disliked the limited lobby area, the limited hotel entrances.

Súper bien la recepcionista muy amable el único problema que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio.
