아침식사가 만족스럽지 못함. 매일 똑같은 매뉴로 이틀이상 숙박하기에는 어려움

업무상 출장으로 숙박했으며 전자렌지 등 간단히 조리할 수 있는 시설도 갖춰져 있어서 편했습니다

Good view and good service

Do not book with this hotel. Terrible service from its personnel. The hotel employees were rude, the type of rude employee who tells you "do whatever you want I won't do anything more" We were treaded so poorly that I will never come back to that hotel! Save yourself the trouble. There are two other hotels right next to this horrible one, choose either one, except The View. The hotel doesn't have a phone number available to contact a manager either. Overall a terrible experience.

Abrir la zona de pool (piscina) a la hora establecida.

La atención de las personas en recepción fue bastante agradable. El desayuno no estaba tan variado.

Excelente hotel. Habitación muy limpias ideal para una buena estancia. Falta informar a los huéspedes que visitan por primera vez la cuestión del estacionamiento, horarios y elevadores

La habitaciones es espaciosa, limpia, el personal es muy atento, sin embargo pueden tener un desayuno mas completo y amplio ya que es un desayuno tipo continental (muy ligero)

Está increíble el hotel lo recomiendo ampliamente

Clean room, friendly staff but awful beds. Uncomfortable, hard beds. I don't mean firm I mean actually expired matress or something, numbingly hard bed.

Todo muy bien, el departamento muy bonito y arreglado, sin embargo la regadera no tiene cancel, tiene un tubo y una cortina feos. Creo que urge que pongan cancel aunque sea de aluminio, la regadera desentona. También eso de que dejes mil pesos de depósito es muy inusual.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has great views and are very clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly

The hotel operates in a very manual way. To open the garage, the main door, etc. A person has to run and literally open the gate. This is not convenient if you’re driving because you have to get off your car, go to the lobby and ask for someone to open the garage bar. Overall, the hotel is nice.

Una vista preciosa de la ciudad, muy comodo y limpio. Muy recomendable

La cama súper dura, las toallas de baño muy viejas y solo un par de almohadas

Mal que no tengan servicio de restaurante. La oferta cercana es poca y regular. El baño algo sucio. Las almohadas pésimas. El aire acondicionado o central no funcionaba, el control de la habitación no permitió ajustar la temperatura. Es más un servicio de “suites” que de hotel
