the staff were REALLY friendly and welcoming warmly, the room was neat & cozy. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

산장같은 숙박을 원한다면 나쁘지 않습니다. 편안함과 고급스러움과는 거리가 있습니다. 조식도 좋지 않아 왠지 장점이 없는 호텔같지만, 이상하게 이끄는 매력이 있습니다. 인터라켄 시내에 있지 않아 조용하지만, 앞에 상점하나 없이 자연에 덩그라니 놓인 느낌입니다. 화장실에서 나오는 물을 그대로 마실 수 있습니다. (한국말로 "식수"라고 씌여져 있습니다) 숙박 가격이 비싸긴 하지만, 스위스 자체가 비싼 동네이긴 하지요. 여름에 방문했는데 에어컨이 없는 건 최대 단점입니다만, 문 열어놓고 자니까 그래도 참을만은 합니다. 모기도 없구요. 호텔 바로 근처에 어드벤쳐 파크가 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다. 어드벤쳐 파크 때문에서라도 이 호텔은 매력적입니다.

방은 깔끔했지만 버스정류장까지 20분은 걸었던거 같습니다.

Buen hotel, habitaciones bonitas y limpias, personal atento, lo único malo es la distancia, no hay transporte rápido y hay que caminar bastante en subida, si llevas equipaje es cansado, la vista del restaurant es única !!

Continental breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and room clean. The only challenge was the hotel was at the top of a hill and to take advantage of the free busses - had to walk up and down the hill.

This is a cute small hotel with a great view. Great location too, it is near bus stop and Interlaken West. Equipped with washer and dryer, a small kitchen for those who wants to cook. My stay has free buffet breakfast which is awesome. The staff are very helpful, they helped me with the activities, and getting a taxi. Very clean. Thank you for making my stay memorable.

The staff were awesome, the breakfast was great, the rooms very small and stuffy, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows worse, but the bed amd pillow situation seemed to be quite consistent throughout Switzerland, they had a washer and dryer, the washer was ok, but after 10chf our clothes were still very wet and had to hang them throughout the room to dry. If you are used to the beds in Switzerland and didn’t need to wash clothes, then the place is satisfactory

Family owned for four generations... extremely friendly staff, and well located to get around Interlaken. The Rugenbrau brewery is practically across the street, and in the other direction a bus stop (Interlaken Heimweiflubahn) just a 10 minute walk. Interlaken West rail station another 15 minutes from there, and Interlaken OST another 15 minutes. We walked to OST several times because the views of the surrounding Alps are beautiful. Buses generally run every 30 minutes or so. We had VERY good dinners at the hotel restaurant. I had the local delicacy (Hayduki) 3 nights in a row! My son really liked their burger, fish and Schnitzel as well. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, multiple fresh breads for toast, mixed fruit and yogurt and a selection of sliced meats and cheeses like you might expect from the region. Cereals, milk, juice, coffee. Beautiful views of the Jungfrau from all of the areas for eating and drinking. Really, we just appreciated the friendliness of the staff so much... Stefan, Annette, Stephanie, Manuela, Mattias, Leya and Victor. They seemed happy to return kindness and appreciation. Quick with local advice, getting around, providing bus passes and arranging for taxi service. I just can't say enough good things about the ppl there. We will RETURN! The water pressure and heat were so powerful, I thought the shower head would blow the shower doors off the hinges 😉... my son loved it!

Small but clean room. It was everything we needed. I only wish it was closer to the action. It was about 2 miles from city center. Staff was amazing and very accommodating.

Staff was nice, location is okay. Room was very cold especially night time. If there was extra blankets would help bit. We were very cold. Flooring is extremely noisy. It is impossible to quietly walk. Wood floor was making a lot of noise when walk. We could even hear the people from upstairs and next room when they were walking around.

Nao gostei da localizacao. Fica na beira de uma estrada secundária e numa ladeira. O acesso é bem dificil pois vc anda na estrada sem acostamento e com mala. Achei bem oerigoso isso.para quem tem carrove tranquilo.

The hotel is dated, with rooms requiring a renovation. There is no air conditioning available during summer and opening the windows does invite in road noise from cars along with open invitation for mosquitos and flies. The room we stayed in had squeaky floors. The location is prime and an update to the hotel would definitely attract more guests. The view was fantastic from the room. Check-in experience was great and the staff was super friendly and informative. P.S - had to book in the hotel as a last minute choice, for the price chances are slim that I would rebook.

It is a very interesting and unforgettable experience staying in this hotel. The place is quiet and the view from our room and during our breakfast is spectacular. The front desk people are very nice. But there is one thing that you have to look when you book this hotel. It says that 20 minutes walk from the train station. Well, it’s true about the 20 minutes but half of it is a going up road that doesn’t have a walk way beside the road. You are walking in the road wherein some cars are speeding. If you have a big luggage you hauling, I’m pretty sure you probably say “what the heck, I would have take the taxi). So my advice? If you have luggages, take the taxi. Switzerland is a very beautiful country, I’m planning to going back again.
