The room heat was HORRIBLE. 2 fans & we had to leave the room door open to the hallway. I slept 20 minutes. Staff nice. Breakfast ok, but if you can’t sleep it’s a BAD place to stay

The staff were very helpful in my request I'm using some of the kitchen utensils to prepare my frio and veggies I bought from the grocery store

Hotel staff was lovely and took was decent. Walls are very thin so you could hear people in the neighbouring rooms very clearly. Also, towels were worn out.

We stayed for 5 nights first and it was so good we came back at the end of our trip for a further 3 nights. We had only booked for a couple of nights initially but kept extending our stay. Part of what makes this place so special, aside from the historic building and vintage furniture, is the staff themselves. In particular, Juan was especially helpful, kind and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure both our stay and our time spent in Santiago was the best it could possibly be. Thank you Juan! Definitely recommend choosing Hotel Casa Aure!

The breakfast included a bowl of cut fruit. Cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple or kiwi. Freshly made scrambled eggs with bread and marmalade. The service was wonderful. Instant coffee in dining area all day. Brewed coffe in the morning. Help yourself to pear or apples in the bowl in common area. Juan the hotel receptionist is kind, helpful and speaks fluent English. Good value for the money.

La habitación impecable, el servicio del personal increíble, el internet falla en las habitaciones, pero es lo de menos se soluciona, muy recomendable, sólo que recibimos comentarios encontrados sobre la zona en el que se ubica.

Lionel and staff were very helpful. We arrived earlier than our check in and they allowed us to store our luggage there while we walked around until our actual check-in time. He also gave us a map of the area where we found a great cafe, Cafe Brunet!

Hôtel pas à la hauteur de sa bâtisse. 5min pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Table du petit dejeuner non nettoyée. Mauvaise odeur dans la chambre de produit d'entretien mal rincé. On avait reservé car il avait une super note mais nous avons été très déçu. Environnement de l'hôtel passable.

Juan and Lionel were so helpful at accommodating my needs and providing me with recommendations and transportation when needed. Juan upgraded my room last minute to make it a more comfortable stay for me. He also spoke great English which was helpful because I was traveling solo and not familiar with that city and I only had 24hours in Santiago.

The single room is small but ideal for my one night stay. The staff are super helpful and were able to give me a breakfast box the next morning at 4.45am which was fantastic. There are bars and cafes walking distance from the hotel which is a heritage listed building itself.

Uma desagradável surpresa, embora a avaliação estivesse muito boa, a cama parecia não estar arrumada e os lençóis estavam rasgados.

Casa Aure was our favorite hotel on all of our travels in Chile. It is in an excellent area, close to the metro, right on a bus line and within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and museums.
