No airconditioning. It was quite warm in the room.

The location of the property was great. The rooms were a decent size and clean.

Even though it is in the middle of a very lively square ,the rooms are quiet . Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room size is generous. Highly recommend

Hôtel d’un bon rapport qualité prix. En plein centre de Maastricht, il donne sur la place du marché. Il n’y a pas de réception, vous entrez et faites le check in directement dans le restaurant, ce qui est un peu étrange ! La place du marché est bruyante, beaucoup de bars et restaurants ouverts très tard la nuit et le marché qui ouvre tôt le matin. L’hôtel étant mal insonorisé, sommeil léger s’abstenir !

terrible service et harnac. Chambre 31 Fevrier 2025. les clés électroniques n’ont pas fonctionné , ils ont changé les clefs mais ils m’ont pas informé ou donné des nouvelles cles . Résultat: la nuit, j’étais devant la porte fermée et il n’ y avait aucune numéro d’urgence à contacter . J’étais obligé à dormir autre part. L’hôtel ( «  Ingrid » ) m’a rassuré le lendemain de me rembourser mais ne l’a pas fait depuis 6 jours. faire un erreur c’est possible, mais des fausses promesses et pas de remboursement c’est inacceptable! A fuir !

Fijne plek midden in het centrum met geweldig personeel. Interieur wat verouderd maar bedden prima. In het weekend wel geluidsoverlast van cafe restaurant beneden.

Ontvangst prima , 4x eerder geweest vanochtend ontbijt minder , waren om kw v 9 omvte ontbijten , geen bestek om kaas ed te pakken , personeel kwam binnen stond zich achter de bar te verkleden , iets oudere man zei niks, niet eens goedemorgen , koffertje oohalen stond deurtje open slecht

I really enjoyed my stay! While the room is compact, its feasible and there is enough space. The hotel and room were modern and comfortable. There was always hot water even on an upper floor. The walls were well insulated. I never heard neighbors. The location is excellent! You are within a few minutes walk of shopping, the market square and you can even walk to the main train station in around 10 minutes. A bus is also available. I highly recommend the breakfast as it was one of the best in my 3 week stay in Europe. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Really good location and pretty clean rooms. Decent breakfast, but get there early so they dont run out of some things. Not a fan of the night entrance that had no signs and was around the house.

Amazing location and clean sheets. The bed was very soft, only 1 pillow each. The room was tiny, and had no room either side of it, but you could still hear people talking in other rooms, along with other people’s alarms. Room 20 was next to a staircase, and it was very loud. Dirty roof tiles in the room, wonky pictures. Towels that have been washed more times than you would think possible. The price we paid in advance was £20 more than the price if we had booked on the day. Staff were friendly, cafe underneath looked lush. If you’re not fussed about anything fancy and can sleep through anything, then this place may be for you.

A classic small European hotei above its own integrated restaurant. Accommodations are compact bur good for short stays Reasonable pricing.

Perfect in every way

Location is a double-edged sword. Having a balcony overlooking the grote markt/stadhuis is only nice during the day. Sleeping with all the noise was difficult but overall still possible. The rooms appear to have not been renovated in a while and the hallways were quite dirty. A huge plus is the food, as the restaurant is much better and has many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Leider uberzeugt hier nur die lage des Hotels. Service und Sauberkeit schlecht. Die Matratzen sind alt, weich und durchgelegen, man spűrt jede Feder im Rűcken!

The hotel is a great option in the center of Maastricht. The staff was fantastic and the rooms were nice and updated recently.

The Hotel and Restaurant Staff were Amazing, they were very Friendly Helpful and Polite, I would recommend this Hotel to all

The location is hard to beat, but the elevator smelled terrible, the rooms were small, the bathrooms small, the beds were ok but not great for couples.the hallway also had the vague smell of urinal cake. Also, avoid the hotel breakfast at all costs.

The location of the hotel is its best attribute. Even the walk to the train station is nice.

The hotel is in a great location. Room was small and a bit loud from the street noise. It worked out well and I would stay again.
