Check in was easy. Room was quaint, comfortable and clean. Nice to have access to a small shared kitchen. The most lovely area to bike around and visit. Loved it here. Our host was very friendly!

The room was cozy and in a great location. What a welcome break from Amsterdam. The hosts were friendly and offered an amazing breakfast. The hosts do not live on site, so it will be helpful to have a phone in order to call them upon arrival.

Was everything perfect. This place is authentic and the owner makes you feel like home. Marken worths a visit and this B&B is the perfect place to spend the night.

We werden allerhartelijkst ontvangen. De tassen werden voor ons naar boven gedragen. We verbleven in een heel gezellig Marker huisje, dat was bijzonder leuk. Het ontbijt de volgende ochtend was heel lekker en uitgebreid.. kortom: een fantastische B&B!

De kamer midden in heet centrum en alles op loopafstand. Heel rustig en kalm allemaal. Mooie kamer die ingericht is met Markense aspecten, Knus en kleurig. Het keukentje voldoet, je kunt er aan het tafeltje zitten en thee drinken of een lunchje maken. De Verkeerde Wereld is op 100 meter lopen, dus dat valt mee. In sommige hotels is het wel eens 300 meter naar de eetzaal. De diners zijn voortreffelijk klaargemaakt en compleet. De frites wordt vers bereid uit eigen aardappelvoorraad. Ook de gebakken vis smaakte voortreffelijk. Bij het ontbijt heb je niet alleen gekookt ei, maar kun je ook gebakken ei vragen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen.

The host is a very professional, pleasant and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, as well as towels changing. The village of Marken is a beautiful quiet place, one hour by bus from Amsterdam. Breakfast is plentiful, quality ingredients, nothing fancy but with sorts of food for everyone. The only drawback are 2 sets of narrow, winding, steepy stairs, but you get to use to it and the wonderful host is helpful with bringing your luggage to your room.

The location and quiet was perfect.

Had a very wonderful stay at the B&B while visiting friends in Marken. Stayed in room 4 on the second floor, which was very spacious and had a private bathroom. A breakfast buffé was served everyday at a restaurant close by, just a short walk from the hotel. The owner was very nice and accomodating. Will definately return.

It was a very cute property, well situated, with a friendly and helpful host. Kitchen access was helpful. Breakfast was solid. I would definitely stay again.
