The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to coordinate with our tour guide and find items we needed at the local stores. We had a great stay there!

The room was clean and the people very service minded and helpful. The room was very cold the first night, but they have a heater to put into the room and that made the difference!! We left before breakfast started, but they did prepare an early breakfast for us. Also assisted with transport to the busterminal, where we were guided to the correct booth.

バスで朝早く着いて、宿に行くと部屋に案内されました。親切でやってくれていると思ったら、支払いの際にアーリーチェックインしたから、と言って宿泊代の半額分を割増請求されました。アーリーチェックインとかお金がかかるとか、一切説明がなくて、ただ部屋に通されただけなので、代金を要求されてショックでした。親切なスタッフだったのに、この点がとても残念です。それからスタッフは英語を話せないこと、さらにはWi-Fiが使えなかったことがとてもマイナスでした。

Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Schön große Zimmer. Einfach genau das was man von einem Hotel für diesen Preis erwartet und mit dem Service bekommen sie den 5. Stern ohne zu zögern!

La atención del Personal fue muy eficiente y amable

hotel muy bonito cerca de la plaza, restaurantes y tiendas. Hay agua caliente, buena señal de wifi, la cama es comoda y el desayuno completo. El personal es muy amable y siempre disponible para ayudar. Pueden organizar tours en el lago o afuera de la ciudad. Muchas gracias al equipo del hotel. Volveré sin duda.

We stayed at Mosoq Inn for 4 days. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with our requests. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we took a tour. The staff arranged breakfast ahead of time so that we could catch a very early morning train. Very clean property.

Our room felt very cold and the portable heater the hotel provided didn’t heat the room well. Water in the shower and the sink didn’t drain well.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and warm. Breakfast is included, it’s close to Plaza de Armas, nice hot showers and good WiFi.

Wonderfully helpful staff

Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!! Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet. The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus. We really appreciated the terrific service.

Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.

Services were perfect. I waited for 20 minutes at 0520 and staff opened the locked gate. Some staff do not speak English but were friendly. The bed is soso with hair on it. Hot water pressure was terribly small until my midway shower on the second night.

Hosts are very friendly, accommodating of additional requests and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable and well appointed. There are nice common areas for sitting and the included breakfast Is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, beds soft and coverings warm. We had no issue staying comfortable even in the winter. There is plenty of hot water and included hair dryer - nice touches while travelling. We were there as a family of 4 and are actually going back again!
