The hotel was recommended in Lonely Planet, and it was as they described. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but the staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that they carried our bags up the three flights of stairs! We were on the top floor, and the room was large, quiet and clean. The attached restaurant is also very good.

Pas de place pour poser quoi que ce soit. Mais le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le parking gratuit ? La rue Une fois son a compris le sens de circulation tout va bien. Voiture nécessaire. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bon et pas cher.

This is an older hotel located in a bustling part of town. The room is spacious and the AC works well. WiFi and a weight room are provided. This is an enexppensive place to stay and I got good value. Go eat at the Zaki Restaurant a couple miles away: you’ll be glad you did.

The hotel is basic and full of color but adequate considering the cost compared to others in the area. The hotel is in the heart of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants, the beach, etc. The hotel has some quirks compared to a chain western hotel but the staff were fantastic and we had a great night's sleep.

Good budget hotel in the centre of Sur. Friendly and very helpful staff at reception. Decent sized room is simple but comfortable and well equipped (TV, refrigerator,AC, ceiling fan). Everything worked. Whole place was spotless. Good dinner and OK breakfast at cafe next door. Plenty of on street parking outside.

We stayed here for one night during our trip around Oman. Service was good and staff very helpful, room was clean with basic requirements. The only negative comment I have to make was, that we stayed in room just above reception and we could here every single word coming from lobby. The lobby was very noisy entire night and we didn't get much sleep during the night.Make sure you will get room faraway from reception if you want to sleep.

L'hôtel est en plein centre ville. Proche du souk et du marché aux poissons. Il n'est pas très loin de la fabrique de boutres et de la plage. L'ambiance est très masculine à partir du couche du soleil même si avec ma femme nous n'avons jamais eu de sentiment d'insécurité

Excellent stay. Very friendly personnel and in the middle of Sur centre. There was a problem with the WiFi but they immediately solved it by replacing some device in the corridor. Well done! The place is outdated but clean and highly recommended. Free public parking.
