One of the best hotel I stayed in my life. Triple Room was clean and large enough for our family to stay. Room was designed with modern concept and it was also practical. Didnt had chance to use Kids corner but it looke quite big and enjoyable for the kids. I will definintely visit again in the near future!

Alles perfekt

Çalışanlar özellikle resepsiyondakiler sorununuzu halletmemek üzerine kurulmuş gibiydiler. İlave yastık istiyorsunuz vermiyorlar. İlave yatak asla vermiyorlar. Kahvaltıdakilere ekmek bitmiş ilave edermisiniz dediğinizde yüzünüze dövecek gibi bakıyorlar. 3 gece konaklamamıza 3 gece otopark aldıkları halde çıkışta 1 gün daha şarj ettiler bu haksızlık neden böyle birşey yapıyorsunuz, arkadaşınızı arayın dememize rağmen yaptıkları hatayı kapatmak için bizden bir gün fazla otopark ücreti aldılar: Bir daha asla tercih etmem.

Super hotel, goede ligging. Vorige keer enorm genoten van het ontbijt maar deze keer veel minder keuze en heel veel items werden tijdens ons ontbijt niet bijgevuld.

Internet war gut. Parken in der Tiefgarage war gut. Offenzliches Parkhaus liegt gegenüber, Preise wurden nicht verglichen. Frühstück war gut.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms with my family and 2 children. We arrived at the hotel around 2:00 PM, but we were told that we could not check in. I asked them to complete the check-in process even if we didn’t enter the room yet, but they refused, so we left our luggage and went out. When we came back to the hotel at 9:00 PM, we were told that there were no available rooms left in the building with an elevator, and that we would have to climb three floors without an elevator with our 2 children and luggage. When I asked for a room in the building with an elevator, they said it was not possible and explained that if we had checked in earlier during the day, it would have been available, but since we came late, there was nothing they could do. The stairs we had to climb were very steep, and I had to carry the children and the luggage one by one in my arms. I even searched for another hotel through your website, but I couldn’t find any. If I had, I would have left immediately.
