Me hospedé en este hotel y fue una experiencia memorable. Lo primero que sorprende es su impresionante diseño tipo castillo, que le da un ambiente único y difícil de olvidar. Pero más allá de la estética, lo que realmente destacó fue la atención al cliente — el personal fue sumamente amable, atento y profesional en todo momento. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out, se aseguraron de que la estadía fuera perfecta. Sin ningún inconveniente durante mi visita. Un lugar que combina lo extraordinario con un servicio de primera. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Deuxième séjour dans un hôtel Bambuda sur les trois prévus durant notre voyage, et encore une très belle expérience ! Le Bambuda Castle est un établissement plein de charme, proposant différents types d’hébergements originaux. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Hobbit, qui est à la fois adorable, atypique et parfaitement intégrée au cadre. La petite terrasse privée et la jolie vue ont été de véritables atouts pour profiter pleinement de l’endroit. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait la présence d’un réfrigérateur et d’une machine à café dans la chambre. Cela dit, nous en étions informés avant notre arrivée, donc cela n’a en rien affecté notre séjour. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix raisonnables, et le petit-déjeuner à la carte est excellent. Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et prêt à rendre service. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour au Bambuda Castle et nous le recommandons sans hésitation à tous ceux qui recherchent un lieu original, confortable et chaleureux.

Overall great property and stay - however, they could speed up their restaurant operations as they are very slow.

The place was great. Good staff, good food good view. The hot tub was very hot! Overall we liked it and would good back.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at ease. The grounds were perfectly groomed and maintained with spectacular views of the volcano. Our favorite was ordering food and then eating in the garden.we stayed in one of the towers. The room was small but had everything we needed. Food was fresh and delicious! Great cocktails and they even had an IPA available. 10/10 would return and recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Outstanding menu choise

Every single thing here was perfect. Our private room was lovely, food was amazing and well prepared, the grounds and common areas were meticulously maintained and beautiful and every single member of the Bambuda team was exceptional. I would return to Bowuete just to stay here again!

The place was absolutely amazing, truly enchanting. The views from the property were amazing and the air was always filled with the aroma of flowers. The food was average compared to the food in town. One suggestion for the staff would be to man the front desk 24/7 for guests.

Unique and unforgettable stay! Bambuda Castle has incredible views, a great social vibe, and a truly one-of-a-kind experience. Friendly staff and perfect base for exploring Boquete. Highly recommend!

Ficamos no quarto Garden, o foi ótimo pois tem um jardim, privativo indevassável, com cadeiras e uma mesinha. O quarto era bom, espaçoso, com boa cama. O banheiro não tinha pia, pois estava ficava no quarto. E também não tinha ducha higiênica. O café da manhã estava incluído na diária e tinha várias opções de pratos já montados para escolher. A equipe foi muito prestativa e simpática. Certamente voltaria.

The hostel is AMAZING!!! A wonderful building in an incredible location. The room is a benchmark for hostels worldwide, really great! Other guests said the same, and we all recorded videos to share. I've been to several countries, and without a doubt, this was the best room I've ever stayed in at a hostel. The bed is comfortable, the power outlets are plentiful, and especially the locker is spacious, large, with space to put things inside the locker, a shelf, and a bench to help with organization. Congratulations on the project! The tour options are good, but I wasn't lucky enough to book several, as there weren't enough people (2). The restaurant is very good, with great prices and incredible flavor! The service from Victor (tocayo jajaja) and Chiara at the restaurant was impeccable, examples of professionals!! Melani and Ashley (from reception) are super helpful and VERY helpful in learning about the city and what to do there. The internet is also very good, and the social area is very helpful for socializing! It would be amazing if other hostels around the world adopted your ambiance and quality. You deserve congratulations, and I hope you open more locations around the world, including in Brazil. It's possible to store luggage before check-in or after check-out in a small, locked storage room. There are power outlets in the common area (restaurant), which is great! The location is a bit far from the city center, and you'll need a shuttle or Uber to get there and back
