외부 소음이 아주 적은 호텔인데 내부 소음은 조그뮤신경이 쓰이는 곳이네요.

위치. 요청사항에 대한 서비스 모두 만족. 추워서 첫날은 그냥자고 둘째날은 라디에이터작동법까지 올려주었으나 라디에이터작동안됨. 그 외요청사항이나 친절도 모두 만족.

1.good location (It's close to Square) 2.good staff( they are very nice and kind) 3.good facility ( bed was clean , room is good too.. One thing which is not good was 110V of electricity

We've spent a lot of time in Cusco over the years, and this hotel is a place I will come back! The staff was all wonderful. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect...within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, San Blas, and all our favorite restaurants. Yet once you're inside, you don't hear the noise of the city, it's incredibly quiet and restful. Our room was perfect for our family of four. And the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding - coffee, fresh juices, fruits, vegetables, eggs, pastries, jam...everything you could want. At breakfast and at the front desk, the staff was attentive and willing to get us anything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back!

I booked Maytaq Wasin Hotel at the last minute and it turned out to be a great choice. The property is beautiful and very well kept. The breakfast was excellent and the service from every staff member was incredible. The hotel is right in the historic center, so I was able to walk to several major sites with no problem. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.
