Rent rom, men med en sterk lukt av mugg

La habitación estaba en muy mal estado, había moho en los techos y en varias paredes, y el piso ya había sufrido un gran daño por el agua, ya que estaba todo abombado e hinchado. En varios lugares, especialmente cerca del baño. Era la habitación número 4. Les sugiero que sigan su camino y se alojen en otro hotel, porque este realmente no vale la pena. ------ The room was in terrible condition. There was mold on the ceilings and several walls, and the floor had already suffered major water damage — it was all warped and swollen. In several areas, especially near the bathroom. It was room number 4. I suggest you move on and stay at another hotel, because this one really isn’t worth it.

Nada que ver con lo que sale en la web. Nadie para hacer el check in, esperando fuera media hora. Otra cliente se marchó harta de esperar. Habitación bonita pero un fortísimo olor a humedad.

We loved staying here, it was quiet and the Miraflores neighborhood made us feel very safe even going out at night. The bed was comfortable, the housekeeper/cook was wonderful, the breakfast was a great way to start the day, the room was cleaned daily, and the shower was great. But we do have to mention that there was a strong odor of mildew when we entered the room, which we discovered was coming from the mattress and especially the shade on the window. The AC didn't move any air at all and my SO spent the first couple of days with his nose and eyes constantly running due to the mold and mildew. When we checked the AC later it was so clogged it couldn't move air and the bathroom vent was very dirty. There was a fan on the desk because the AC was so tepid. Being us we opened the windows, vented the room, let some sun into it and by the third day we were fine. We weren't mad, we were in a very humid area after all, but those shades really needed a good cleaning or a spray with tea tree oil.

Staff were great! Very patient and helpful as we speak very little Spanish.

Das Personal war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Mein zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet. Das hotel ist sehr gemütlich hergerichtet. Das Frühstück war mega lecker und wird direkt zubereitet, kein Buffet. Der Kaffee hat mir besonders gut geschmeckt. Vielen Dank

This is not a boutique hotel. It is more like a house hostel and it has serious mold problems. The first room I was given, number 2, had visible mold on the walls, was very cold, and was next to ongoing construction. When I asked to be moved, I was given another room on the second floor. It was quieter but still had mold on the walls. This is a serious health hazard. I could not stay and had to leave immediately, booking another hotel at the last minute and at extra cost. What upset me most is that the hotel had better rooms available but still gave me the worst one first. I do not recommend this hotel.

It would’ve been a really good stay, if it wasn’t for the fact that the wifi didn’t work during more than half of my stay

The staff were excellent and breakfast was fresh and served to you each day. The only issue was my room was damp and smelled mouldy. Lima is a humid city but there should be more done to keep that humidity out of the rooms.

This hotel was older. It was charming but there was peeling paint, broken floor boards, and mold in the room and bathroom. We were given the option to have breakfast delivered to the room, which was delicious.The area was mostly residential but not too far from shopping and restaurants.

Ive booked wrong date by mistake for september,then cancel it and made a reservation for the date i needed.The property charged me for both reservations even tho i wont stay there in September. THIS SHOWS YPU HOW THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS.THE property smells like old wet towel with mold all over

There was a lot of mold in our room. The staff clearly knew about it because there was a dehumidifier right under the part of the ceiling where it was. It was so humid all of our clothes were wet the next morning. We slept with the windows open because of the strong mold smell. The staff couldn’t do anything until the next day. They moved us to another room. No mold but still vert humid.

The property was very cute, and the front desk staff were very helpful, attentive, and quick to respond to our messages on Expedia. The rooms were cleaned well. It's a walkable distance to most things, which was convenient. The room was moist. Everything had a dampness to it, and had a moldy smell in the sheets and comforter. We got in bed, and it even felt like moisture was coming from the mattress itself? The smell was overpowering and took away from the experience at the hotel.At first I thought maybe this was due to the climate, but we had no issues like this at any other hotel on our trip. If there was not the moisture/mold issue, I would have rated this hotel between a 4-5 stars.
