조용한 마을 분위기와 어울려 오래 머물고 싶은 곳이었습니다. 직원들은 너무나 친절했고 그 중 할머니는 결벽증이 있으신가 싶을 정도로 호텔을 깔끔하게 관리하시는 듯 했습니다. 옥상에 있는 테라스에서 마시는 차 한잔도 넘 좋았고 방도 넓고 깨끗한데다 창밖으로 보이는 전망도 멋있었습니다. 그리고 조식도 넘나 푸짐하게 맛나게 준비해주셔서 굿굿! 추천합니다!!!

직원들은 친절하나 영어 구사가 안되서 조금 답답함... 메인 광장에서 조금 떨어져 있어 찾는데 시간이 좀 걸렸으나 3층 테라스 이용 및 전망은 정말 좋았음

The view was outstanding! The staff was friendly, and very helpful with all our needs. The rooms were clean, the breakfast had a variety to choose from. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable our stay was! Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location which feels less touristy and more secluded and private, while still being minutes from the sights and main square. The rooms provide everything you need and the views from the terrace are astonishing. I would absolutely stay again if I were to visit Ollantaytambo again. Notes to other travellers: - you will have to carry your luggage up cobblestone stairs to reach the hotel from your taxi dropoff, which can be a challenge if acclimatising to the altitude. - the top floor rooms can be a bit chilly, but the bed duvet is very warm so not a problem for me - there are roosters nearby which might wake you up in the early hours, only happened one night for me

Great hotel in the heart of the city! We loved our room on the top floor and the staff was very kind. We did see a few ants in the bathroom, but other than that a lovely stay.

Mysigt hotel i historiska delen av Ollantaytambo. Nära till allt, fantastisk personal som kollar av läget varje dag och kommer med tips baserat på vad man vill göra. Frukosten är bra och har lite av allt. Stora rum med sköna varma täcken. Var beredd på att du kommer behöva gå sista biten till detta hotell då de små gränderna här i Ollantaytambo inte har plats för bilar (dock mycket nära till bilväg via en trappa), jag tror hotellet erbjöd att hjälpa till med bagaget (vi bar själva då vi inte hade så mycket).

Great staff, great breakfast, greatest mountain views.. a room heater would be a great addition

The hotel is quaint and very conveniently located. The staff were incredibly helpful even waking up at 4AM to provide us with packed lunches for Machu Picchu. You should know there are a lot of step steps to climb to get into the hotel (tricky with luggage) and it was not their fault but our room was next to obnoxious guests who were checking it out at 5AM who were screaming to each other from room to room. Despite that I would highly recommend as a place to stay.

Hotel is fantastic with a very good breakfast choice , our flight was delayed and they waited until 11.30 pm for us to arrive and accommodated a slightly later check out . It’s family run and you get such a warm welcome as well as great recommendations of how best to spend your time .

From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home. Our host made sure we knew everything for our Inca rail trip the following day and had breakfast already prepared for when we left at 5:45am. Our room was on the top floor with an incredible view. The hotel is located in a great spot for the town. I would highly recommend and stay again.

First and foremost, the staff here are so extremely sweet! There are about a million stairs to climb in order to get from the street to the hotel, so be prepared for that. There is no elevator, but the staff take your bags up to your room for you. They have a lovely breakfast buffet and there is always a full container of drinking water in the lobby to fill water bottles. The staff sometimes use a translation app to help communicate, but we had no problem at all. They arranged transportation (a tuk tuk) for us to get to the train station, which was a fun experience and only cost s/10. The property is clean and met our needs perfectly. It's just a short walk to the square or other shops and dining options. They are so welcoming and genuine and really made our first impression of Peru special.

Above and beyond service from Gabriel, clean and comfortable room, close to the main square, and an incredible view from the terrace! Highly recommend!!

Very nice rooftop terrace and friendly staff! Breakfast has lots of choices too, organic coffee, tea and cooled boiled water available at all times. Calm street short walk from the square.

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was a fine spread, and the rooms were very clean.

Great spot in this sleepy little town. Wonderful family that owns it. Clean rooms comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water was hit and miss but to be expected for where you are. The views from the top deck are epic. No need to climb anywhere if you don't want to.

The shower was luke warm at best. All other aspects of our stay was good.
