everything fine and was great to stay there

Everything was great from the moment we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They consistently went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their hospitality really made the difference. We’d happily stay here again.

Prachtig hotel super locatie!

The room that we booked didn’t end up being in the hotel they made us walk down the street to another building that didn’t even have an Elevator. The WiFi did not work at all. We called the front desk several times they kept telling us they would reset it and never did. The chairs in the room were stained. The conditioner bottle in the room had nothing in it and the soap had water mixed with it. Overall for paying a significant amount a night for a room not worth it

This is a great hotel to stay in when in Rome! The location is amazing, the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Highly recommended!

The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel is well kept inside. Location is central to so many historical sites. The internet is unstable and goes in and out. Us ItTaxi to get around with most rides under 20 us dollars

I booked this hotel room the night before getting off our cruise ship and was I booked this hotel room the night before getting off our cruise ship and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The hotel is adorable and decorated so well. The room was their standard room with the king bed. The bed was so comfortable which was much needed after 10 days of sightseeing through Italy and Greece. And the shower was the highlight! If you stay here say yes to trying all the water therapy choices in the shower. Also, an added bonus was that the tv has an option to choose international and all English channels. Not that tv was our focus but it was nice background noise while packing and nice I could understand the shows. I highly recommend. Easy to walk to (closest sight was the Spanish Steps) but easy to get to everywhere we wanted to revisit from the last weekend we were in Rome.

We stayed at this during our vacation in Italy. Unfortunately our experience was disappointing despite the good location. İ injured my ankle and asked the reception for some ice to reduce the swelling. I was told that the restaurant was closed and there was nothing they could do, but ı could try asking the restaurant staff myself. When we went over and tried to politely get their attention,the staff simply ignored us and turned away. We went back to reception and asked if they assist us, but they refused, saying the restaurant is operated by a third party and they could not help. Not even a simple attempt to assist or show basic courtesy was made. In a situation involving a minor injury, having access to something as basic as ice or even a minimal first aid response should not be this difficult. The lack of empathy and willingness to help was very disappointing. Also, the breakfast was very bad. There is never enough variety. On the first day, the croissants, breads, and pastries were all stale. This morning when we sat at a 4-person table for breakfast, even though the area was empty, the waiter came and warned us saying ‘you are two people, you cannot sit at a 4-person table, get up and move to a two-person table.’ It was truly a very bad experience. Overall,while location is good, the service and customer care were far below expectations.

The property has a beautiful entrance. Loved the style and the staff was friendly and helpful. They “upgraded” our room but I am not sure I liked that room layout as well as the one I booked. The WiFi did not work well at all and neither did our AC. Our room was hot and we would try to lower it and it never kicked on. The location was excellent.

Just good, old but good.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. My TV did not work the entire stay even thought several people tried to fix it. The last night water was coming down the wall from the room above the bathroom. Their idea of a fix was to put towels down on the floor.

Tight rooms and elevator but that is common in old Rome. Excellent location and quiet nights sleep.

Well located but there was a sewage smell in our room hallway.
