Ok the rooms were fantastic but! Judging by the fact I was the only car in the carpark and no other rooms had any lights on can someone tell me why I was put in an upstairs room ? You weren’t to know I had a slight issue with my right knee but cmon folks why put me upstairs?

Small and basic minimal appointments. Excellent aircon. Lighting and ceiling fan. Small apartment and would not want long term stay. Apparently more rooms than car parking and bay numbering sketchy or non existent ?? Note there no office or staff in attendance.

There was no kitchen as such just tea and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately I could not use the TV as you had to download apps etc to watch it. Free to air was not available.

It was perfect, excellent aircon, comfortable bed and, small but excellent bathroom

The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. There was the Nespresso machine which is always a nice touch over the sachet of freeze dried coffee. I loved the shower. Nice big shower head and when you turned both taps on full, it was nicely luke warm and you could adjust it either way. Short walk to the main street and beach. Would definitely stay again.

As this is a self check-in motel instructions were sent as to how to access room. There was a code given but no instructions how to access the keypad. Suggest you include in your instructions “ tap the door handle to get the pad to enter the code”. Very disappointed with the room as the blind was not operating so we had street light all night, hence not much sleep. TV also not working.

The room is adequate for a short stay, very convenient location for my needs. There are no staff around though, all communication by text.

Room is clean, modern and has a comfortable bed. Not enough onsite parking but can park on street.

Maybe send the code in a separate text message to make it easier to find. Had to help a few older couples on check in.
