Amazing beach and location

We have stayed here a few times. This last time wasn’t super great. We love the property but our room was definitely not worth the money

This is a children's resort we could hear children crying and talking next door. We moved rooms but problem not resolved walls paper thin could hear everything. wanted to watch tv before bed its up a wall at an angle neck got sore Chose this resort out of town for peace and quiet but didnt happen this is not a place for adults without children to relax they are everywhere hot tub pools etc Its a 2 dressed up as a nine. NEVER AGAIN I WONT EVEN DRIVE BY THIS PLACE USE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE UNLESS YOU HAVE KIDS. Refund please....

Rooms need updating, paint peeling off the wall, bathroom was pretty gross , coffee maker has never been cleaned, pool and hot tub was nice.

Resort was clean, quiet. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable about the resort or what was happening day to day. After a long day of hiking, we came back to find out the only restaurant at the resort was closed for a private event. No warning of this earlier the day.

We didn’t like the fact the front desk staff on check in were not particularly friendly ….. not one smile! They advertised dog friendly, at a cost of $10.00 but actually charged us $20.00. The room decor was poor, minimal at best. There was no soap or shampoo in the room. There was no remote for the TV 📺. All in all not impressed and doubtful we will book there again. The property was nice and looked after.

Lovely restaurant. Clean room. Good bed. Close to everything.

Hotel and area around hotel are dated and need some TLC.

This place is better maintained than most brand new places I've stayed at. I found myself scrutinizing things more closely because everywhere I looked nothing was out of place. Beautiful setting. I'll be back

Love the outdoor hot tub!

Not a bad resort in the Nanoose/Parksville area. I would say the only downside was the size of the unit, and the lack of functioning furniture. Would have been nice to have a desk or in the very least a coffee table. Plus side, the outdoor hot tub was a great addition to the nightly rental. There is also a gym and indoor pool as well.

Nice property for a weekend away! Rooms are a little noisy/not very soundproof for a resort that attracts so many families/young kids. Service in the restaurant is a bit slow and inconsistent but the staff is friendly.

The room was nice with a nice view. The manager was not professional. She spent several minutes arguing with an owner over the phone while I stood there trying to check out. Did not acknowledge me at all - just stared at her computer screen. I had to interrupt their argument to hand in my keys. I know this was the manager based on the content of the phone conversation (the staff were otherwise pleasant).

Quiet and beautiful location

Resort was very nice. The only complaint was our bed was not comfortable.

Had a great time staying here during the off-season. The restaurant had great food, & the pool & hot tubs were well-maintained. The surrounding area is breathtaking & I will definitely be back

The staff welcoming us were excellent,friendly & efficient.

Helpful staff, wonderful hot tubs, sauna, and pool! Comfortable beds, but the pillows are too huge for my liking.
