First the warm welcome from the staff at check-in, they got us checked in, and then gave us a rundown of a few things to see in Brugge, where to eat and what to avoid. The room was clean, huge in size, and quiet. Only downside was the mattress was a little bit hard. The front desk team were very amenable to our requests too.

We had a really nice stay over the weekend in the Hotel Flanders. We had a shared balcony for our two rooms which was amazing! The breakfast was really nice and I liked the vibe of the hotel. It's located only a few minutes from the city centre and thanks to this you have a lot of quiet during the night. Also nice and helpful personnel :)

Disappointing Experience – Misleading Service and Unhelpful Staff We had a very disappointing experience. We booked a twin room in advance, but upon arrival, we were told that it was sold out. Instead of honoring our reservation, the staff offered us the same type of room for an additional fee, calling it an “upgrade” — which felt like a blatant upsell rather than a real upgrade. What made things worse was that the hotel was nearly empty during our stay. We hardly saw another guest, and many rooms were visibly left open, which made the claim of being "sold out" even more suspicious. When we raised these concerns, the staff was dismissive and unwilling to provide any explanation or assistance. Overall, the service was unprofessional and felt dishonest. We expected better transparency and hospitality.

We were staying for the Tour of Flanders, and from the moment we arrived the team could not have been more accommodating. Secure storage for bikes, early breakfast on event day, super friendly and predicting our needs before we asked.

Lovely stay, friendly staff and great pool. Good location that was quiet but close to the main square. Would stay here again!

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, les chambres sont vastes et le buffet de petit déjeuner est particulièrement complet. Le personnel est charmant. Le rapport qualité prix pendant le marché de noël n'est pas bon du tout. Le prix payé ne correspond pas à un hôtel de ce niveau. Evidemment, lorsqu'il y a un évènement pareil, la tentation est grande de sortir la matraque. C'est humain.

Our room was lovely, large, clean, modern and our toddler was also made to feel very welcome

The person at the reception desk was amazing -- I can't remember his name now but he comes from Turkey and speaks 5 or 6 languages, and makes everything he can to make us comfortable and to provide solutions. Very nice stay.
