Location was awesome & the rooms are clean.

We had a suite, which was two separate bedrooms, a shared living area/kitchen and a bathroom. This was exactly as described and met all our requirements.

Awkward location - room was neat and tidy with a nice view out the rear window. Quiet, too! No food options in the (industrial) area. Breakfast was sub par… Sausage and eggs uneatable. Stick with cold cereal, maybe instant oatmeal. No decaf coffee.

Our stay was comfortable. Check in was convenient and quick. If we had any questions after the reception closed at 6PM, the staff was readily available via the phone number provided. The room was comfortable and it came with an in unit air conditioner, a must for hot summer days. I would recommend staying here.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and convenient parking spots

Parking was easy and just a short walk down from our room. The Hotel was very clean and looked nice. Our room felt like a bachelor suite, with one bed separated from the main area, and a pull out couch close to the fridge/ balcony. The reason I took off one star was that my husband said the pull out bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise a great stay, and would stay there again!

we had a nice view out over the parking lot and could see the lagoon, unobstructed. the location is perfect, with all sorts of eats and coffee nearby. parking was easy, but might be a challenge if the place was full. staff was great and checking it was fast.

You almost expect a motel to be dark or not very clean sometimes, but this one absolutely surprised us in the best way. It was very new, clean and comfortable for us to stay. The best part was the location which is beach front. Free parking was a huge bonus. Our room was facing to the back alley but it was very quiet at night time. Staff was very friendly. We didn’t see many decorations in the room, but we had no complaints We will definitely love to come back to visit again!!

It would have been nice if the tv was mounted about 10" higher so you could lie in bed to comfortably to view. I would come back again 👍

Beautiful, clean room near the waterfront. Parking was easy to find. Motel staff was super helpful. Motel is close to everything, we walked to the restaurants and museums. I will definitely book here on my next trip to Harrison Hot Springs!

When I booked this place, all I knew was that it could accommodate all 6 of us — 4 adults and 2 kids (17 and 2). I honestly didn’t expect much, but I ended up being sooo happy that I booked it! Bryan was incredibly kind, very accommodating, and so easy to communicate with from start to finish. When we arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless and clean everything was. The rooms were spacious, the living room was huge, and they even provided plenty of coffee, tea, sugar, and other essentials. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed for cooking — plates, cups, mugs, utensils, cookware — and the fridge was also a great size. The location was perfect too, with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so you never have to worry if you get hungry or forget something. There’s also a lake right across the street, plus a plaza and playground nearby. It wasn’t just our little one who had fun — all of us did! There are also so many must-visit places close by, like the Harrison Tulip Festival, Farmhouse Natural Cheese, the Lavender Farm, and so much more. They also have big parking space. I highly recommend this place. It truly exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. We had such an amazing stay and would definitely come back again!
