Clean room, staff and breakfast

4* vieillissant. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau d'un 4*. Bruillant et mal insonorisé, le concert des vendredis et des samedis s'entend jusqu'aux chambres, sans compter le bruit extérieur de la circulation.

Delicious breakfast.

This place is too expensive for what they offer. The building itself is very old; the hot water takes a long time to warm up; the rooms feel dirty and outdated. While it's close to the airport, the main plaza, and other attractions, the city is so affordable that you can easily get around with Uber. The location is poor. The noise from the street, the bar, and the casino makes it impossible to sleep. The pool is the only good feature, but be prepared: since it's the only pool in the area, outsiders are allowed to use it during the day, and it gets very crowded, especially on weekends. Despite all these issues, the staff is amazing. They were the only reason it was somewhat worth staying here. However, this is not a 4-star hotel.

Good location and the staff very helpfull

Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. We ate in the restaurant for supper and it was absolutely amazing! The pool looks lovely, but we did not have time for a swim. We had to leave early for an excursion and they had a packed breakfast ready for us, which was lovely. The chocolate cake was amazing. Checkout was also easy and quick. The location was close to the grocery store that had a bank machine. This hotel met our needs very well and the price was great!

Pésima atención no se respetaron los montos y reservas

Muy bien, solo 2 cosas a rescatar.... El ascensor da miedo de los golpes que da al llegar al piso deseado, y el desayuno que es uktra limitado...si no fuera por eso, seria excelente. La atencion genial!!

Das personal war schlecht qualifiziert und nicht in der lage entscheidungen zu treffen. Man dürfe keinen besuch auf dem zimmer haben. Einen peruanischen personalausweis haben sie ebenfalls nicht akzeptiert (in peru). Abstand halten von dem hotel!

Best hotel north of Lima on the way there my taxi driver called it the Caesar’s palace of Peru! I loved the hotel it had great food and you get a free drink for staying

Lamentablemente el servicio no fue bueno como otras veces. la persona encargada de la limpieza rompió un cargador y nadie se hizo cargo. Además el servicio de wifi estuvo fallando.
