Great stay perfect for location and needs

I have travelled throughout Ireland, our room was simple clean compact it had everything we needed. I don’t know if all the suites are the same, we were pleased.

Had to chase on the day to get link to pay deposit despite getting passive aggressive emails saying I couldn’t check in until I had paid the deposit. Should have been able to check in at 16.00 but had to phone at 17.00 to try and get check in details. Unnecessary stress. Exposed brickwork is ok but exposed plasterboard looks dirty and unappealing

The room was very nice but the check-in process needs to be much smoother and the communication to guests better. No access to the entry door and there is no front desk.

All registration is done remotely. Never a face to talk to and when they say 4 o’clock registration. That’s what they mean.if you want or need to talk to a face, forget it.

The check in process is ludicrous. You have to call a call centre in who knows where that you can barely hear to get a code to let you into the building. Once inside there is nowhere to leave your cases or bags and you can’t check in till 4 o’clock so we had no option but to leave them next to a door until our return. In all I made 12 calls trying to sort out check in and the bag fiasco. The room itself was grotty. The walls are all discoloured and dirty and the toilet wasn’t cleaned and I don’t know what was on the bed spread but it was brown. In my opinion, don’t bother booking here it’s not worth the hassle, it’s grotty and there are no actual staff to talk to.

The room was nice but there is no front desk. it's self check in and it's NOT easy. there was a young man screaming for hours because he couldn't check in and get to his room. I will not be back. TV broke too.

My comments are similar to others posted. The check-in process could be a lot smoother. The unit we had, 203, was perfectly adequate. Bed, tv, small bath, kitchenette, all good. On-site staff was super friendly and helpful. Emails to staff for additional supplies or maid services were address immediately or at requested times. Unit was close to Trinity College but far enough removed from crowd noise. Clean, modern unit. Would definitely stay again.

It was fine once you got in. It was horrible getting in. There is no staff on site. They require a deposit through an online portal that didn’t work. Once paid, they didn’t send entry codes at the checkin time. I had to call them and remind them I had paid the deposit before they sent the codes. Stay elsewhere. This place isn’t worth the trouble.

I would rate this place a 1 star on the check in process. No check in counter. It was self check in. I got there and nobody was there. Had to call on my cell phone and probably spent 20 bucks in phone charges trying to get into the building. A few other customers were really unhappy about the check in process also. Part of it was Expedia's fault for not displaying the fine print of self check in on their page. Once i got in to the room i was pleasantly impressed with the room. Clean, comfortable beds spacious. If the check in process was easier i would have rated this place 4 stars. Just beware no hotel clerk will be waiting for you.

Alojamiento ideal.Eramos 4 en estudio de camas de matrimonio muy cómodas. 1 baño con jabón, crema, secador y toallas. Cocina office con micro, calentador de agua, cafetera, cocina electrica, extractor, tostador de pan, frigo y menaje variado. Tabla de planchar y plancha. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor centralizado. Cuando llega la hora de entrada te mandan un código para entrar al edificio y otro para recoger la tarjeta de la habitación. No había alquilado nunca así y me ha sido fácil. Esta en un acalle tranquila.Muchas gracias.

The rooms were clean and we didn't need a car. Everything was walkable. the restaurant down the street was so good we ate there three times during our stay. Felt very safe.

Man er lige ud til gaden, så med gardinerne fra kan alle der går forbi kigge lige ind, tynde vinduer så det larmer enormt fra gaden specielt om morgenen. Vi havde problemer med at tjekke ind og de svarede ikke med kode før 16:20 selvom check ind var 16. vi stod altså i 20 minutter og ventede. Aircondition var ikke tændt så der var super koldt da vi kom, derefter var aircondition virkelig svært at indstille så vi havde det enten for varmt eller koldt. fint område men dyrt i forhold til hvad du ellers kan få i Dublin

Property was nice, clean & tidy. The additional €100 security charge on top of standard price of a room is a bit high in my opinion, and you must pay this charge before you receive the entrance codes. However would I stay there again yes
