The room was spotless. I love the location. The apartment is convenient, with a washer and dryer. I have a fully-equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom. There are restaurants within walking distance.

Parking is easy and secure. Each room gives access to washer and dryer. Very convient.

Inside parking is a must in Winter time!

We had an amazing time. Beautiful hotel, excellent customer service, and a truly relaxing experience overall. Isis and Juan Carlos were both incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. We loved the two rooftop spas—such a great touch. The location is perfect as well. If you’re visiting Magog, we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back.

Great centrally located space in Magog. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance (even during the winter). We were in room 201 and the main street was quiet.

Très bien situé, très propre. Les installations de bains tourbillons et sauna sur le toit sont vraiment biens. Lit très confortable. Belle cuisine, toutefois avec équipement de base seulement. N’est pas équipé pour faire de gros repas.

Clean room and attentive staff

We had a wonderful stay. Our unit was quiet, clean, spacious, and had a lovely view. The staff welcomed us and had great referrals for area restaurants. The rooftop hot tub was a bonus. We wanted to stay longer!

Chambre okay sans plus

Nous étions 2 couples en séjour pour quelques jours et nous avons pris deux chambres communicantes. Tout était parfait. Ce sont vraiment des appartements complets en plein centre-ville de Magog, sur le bord de la rivière menant au lac. Environnement du QDM très propre avec un beau décor contemporain, électroménagers modernes et performants. Le personnel est très courtois avec un excellent service et très accommodant. Passer un peu de temps dans le spa/sauna sur le toit lorsqu’il neige est presque féerique. Merci pour ce beau moment. (C’est notre 2e fois et on est encore sous le charme)
