It was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Hotel prices were very high because of the exhibition ans soccer events, and I had to do everything myself for the service. If I need a new towel, I had to ask for it, and I had to ask for toilet paper. That was not just for me, it was a form of service in this hotel. It was very shocking. There was no refrigerator in the room, not even a cup. The price is five stars, but the service was the lowest. I have no good memories of Dortmund because of this hotel. If you want a high price, I think the quality of service should be improved as much.

Sehr nettes Personal Zimmer ok Frühstück ok Relativ ruhig trotz der Lage

Mein Zimmer war modern, sauber und leise. Die kostenlose Nutzung des Kaffeeautomaten bis 12:00 Uhr für jeden Gast fand ich eine sehr schöne Geste. Die Dachterrasse, wo das Frühstücksbuffet ist, ist einfach wundervoll. Jeder Etage kann nur mit der Zimmerkarte betreten werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und gut zu erreichen.

Bar war geschlossen, aber es gab Getränke an der Rezeption. Ruhige Lage und Nähe der Fußgängerzone, allerdings Baustellenlärm.

Great helpful staff

Really good value. Central and close to the markets. Stadtgarden subway station is close by, and takes you everywhere, including Signal Iduna Park on match days.

Veldig kult at bygget er et gammelt «helsehus», fra slutten av 50-tallet. Arkitekturen og mye av interiøret er bevart i sin orginalitet. Hyggelig betjening, og rene, pene rom. Frokostsal på toppen av hotellet, med ok utvalg av pålegg og brødmat. Generelt god mat. Bra beliggenhet i umiddelbar nærhet til Dortmund sentrum. Helt klart utmerket for et kortere opphold i byen.

Veldig bra pris på et fint hotell. Rene rom, ok frokost i forhold til pris.

Bar wasn’t open all week although advertised with a bar. Breakfast option on the basic side.

I stayed in this property recently, having been on one of my frequent trips to Germany to see friends, family and have a break. Initially I stumbled upon this hotel given its affordability. It's safe to say that I wasn't disappointed. Initially, upon check-in, the receptionist told me that there was no record of my booking, though once I provided proof and she took a photograph of it, I was provided with my room key and was in. This was a common sense solution. Following this I was informed that rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days. Presumably this is part of a sustainability drive? I didn't have an issue with this, plus it meant that I didn't have to rush out of the room every morning, especially after an evening in Hubert's Kneipe, just around the corner. Overall the room was clean, the staff were friendly and the free coffee machine in the main reception was an added bonus on a morning. The locale is ideal for many kinds of visitor, with Kneipen, restaurants, shopping, good transport connections and a healthy amount of walkable infrastructure surrounding this hotel. All in all a good hotel which I would happily recommend to anyone.

Sauber und ruhig

チェックイン・チェックアウトは基本的にパソコンを使ってセルフ方式。ただ私は、そのときいらしたフロントスタッフさんにとても丁寧に対応していただきました。 部屋はとても清潔で快適です。飲み物や湯沸器はありません。朝食をつけていなくても、朝食時間にコーヒー(いろんな種類があります)は無料でいただくことができます。ホテル近くには、日曜朝に開いているパン屋等がないので、朝食をつけてもよかったかもしれません。おいしそうでした。
