The friendly and professional staff left a great impression. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were also very satisfying.

Wonderful room with a balcony. Warm welcome and guided around the facilities on arrival. Travelling with a 13 year old and a sofa bed had been made up for them. All amenities available with super coffee maker, fridge, robes and slippers plus complimentary water. Lovely balcony to sit and watch the world go by and appreciate the stunning scenery. No air conditioning and so we kept the balcony door open at night but there was a fan which we also made use of. Breakfast and mid afternoon snacks were delicious and the hotel is in perfect location for visiting other restaurants and easy access to buses/trains/public transport. So much to do in the area and also free bike hire from the hotel. An amazing stay, thank you.

We were very impressed by this hotel. We appreciated the pool and the fact there was already a fan in our room. We absolutely loved the breakfast!

Hotel Zugspitze was one of the highlights of our Bavarian vacation. Parking was convenient. We temporarily parked beside the hotel to unload our luggage before moving our vehicle to the hotel’s private guest parking area. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff graciously stored our luggage while we explored the nearby Partnach Gorge. When we returned later that afternoon, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that our luggage had already been delivered to our room. To make our stay even more memorable, the hotel upgraded us to Room 103, which featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the majestic Zugspitze. The room was modern, spacious, impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and smelled fresh. It included many thoughtful amenities that made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We chose the half-board package, which was an excellent value. Afternoon snacks, dinner, and breakfast all offered generous selections of fresh, delicious food. We also enjoyed the hotel’s large, spotless jacuzzi and wellness facilities after a day of sightseeing. Another detail we appreciated was that guests were free to choose where they wanted to sit during meals, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen and provides easy access to the surrounding attractions. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night. We highly recommdnd this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful staff! Great restaurant for dinner on-site. The view from our room on floor 3 was wonderful.

Vi kom til hotellet rundt midnatt og dro etter en veldig tidlig frokost. Hyggelige ansatte, stort luftig rom med nødvendige fasiliteter. God frokost, mye å velge blant.

What an incredible signed! If you're in this area I highly recommend this hotel period from the moment we walked in the door the staff was always looking to our our best interest. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely outstanding. Best regards to the chef as he prepared a fantastic meal for myself and my friend I'll be sure to stay here on my next visit to the area. Location is amazing

Clean facilities and friendly staff. Half board food nicely presented but limited choice especially for kids. Pool area great and nice view from balcony. Car park is expensive. Would recommend

We had a wonderful, but short stay. Everything was clean and fresh. The staff was very friendly.

The staff was SO helpful with anything we needed and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Bike rental was easy and efficient and the parking garage was super convenient. We would stay there again!
