This was my first time using Hotels.com, and it will probably be my last. A few weeks after booking, I started receiving suspicious messages from foreign phone numbers pretending to be the hotel and asking me to click a link to “confirm my information.” I can’t say for sure how these scammers got details about my reservation, but it was extremely unsettling and made me lose confidence in the booking process. When I use a travel platform, I expect to feel secure, not targeted by phishing attempts shortly afterward. Overall, this experience left me uncomfortable and disappointed.

Reception staff super friendly and helpful. Great value for money and central spot.

Check in and staff were very swift and friendly. The capsule itself and the system to enter it were great. Cleanliness was however quite horrible. I found used paper towels and lots of hair on my mattress. Showers and toilet were fine but given the cleanliness of my mattress it makes me wonder how clean they actually were.

Hotel Nyhavn 63 is great value for money and in the perfect location to explore Copenhagen. The rooms and bedding were spotless and extremely comfortable. The check in process is really easy.

Lockers only in the lobby and had to pay so I had to sleep with all our belongings at the bottom of bed in the capsule. There was an odd smell the whole time and bathrooms weren’t very clean, I was supposed to stay 3 nights but could only handle 1night.

Mit værelse stank helt vanvittigt.

Fantastiskt läge, otroligt billigt, charmigt hus mitt i Nyhamnsläge, det ända minuset var mycket kallt inne och dörren gnisslade när gästerna kom och gick till utrymmet.

Best location. Amazing receptionist iman, she’s wonderful. Room not so great especially room 106! You can hear everything I think it’s the thin wall and The creeky floor… was awake till 4am! But the reception iman transferred me to a better room. Thanks to her. If your not bothered with the noise this is your place but if sleep is important to you well not ideal. But if you’re in the budget go for it! It’s lovely building very historic, just the thin wall and creeky floors.

It’s basically a shared dorm but your bed area is locked. If you’re backpacking you can just keep your bag in the capsule with you. Towels need to be rented though, so either prepare to pay for one or bring your own. It was basically exactly as advertised! Staff at the front desk were nice, and you can order stuff there like coffee or hot chocolate. That’s also where you can get towels.

Perfectly good for purpose. Tbf I didn’t spend much time in the hotel but when I did, no complaints.

værelset var lidt for varmt og madrassen lidt for hård ellers fint for hvad det var

Fin plass å sove for noen netter, men er veldig lytt der. Veldig bra lokasjon
