The description of the room wasn’t accurate, but the staff manage to solve the problem properly. The only downfall of the place was the hot pool, which wasn't "hot" enough.

The staff is so very nice. Apparently they never got information on the booking from Expedia, but accomodated us at their expense in the last available room for one night, then moved us to the room type we had requested the remaining dates. Their breakfasts are so good. The hot tub and heated pool are cleaned throughout the day. They welcome families with children. This is a family run establishment we stayed two years prior. Whenever we are in Mindo, it is our place of choice. You do need to have Google Translate or a bit of spanish to communicate.
