Nice place, convenient location, street outside is loud as are the church bells. Do not recommend ordering taxi or Uber from there but instead walk a few blocks away

This is 100% the best hotel in the historical area of Cuenca. They have amazing staff working at all times and delicious food that rotates in the morning. The views are also the best, as the building is directly across from the Cathedral.

My stay at Vienna International was incredibly pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe exploring the old town, and the location was conveniently close to everything I needed. The staff went above and beyond to guide me on tours to take, provide safety tips after hours, and even walk me to the front to ensure I got into the right car. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was very good during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The only suggestion I would have is to add more variety and options for breakfast.

Obwohl wir vorgängig wegen Zimmer zu Oberst anfragten, erhielten wir welche im 2.OG zur Strasse hinaus. Man hörte leider alles von ausserhalb, als ob es keine Fenster hätte. Ansonsten die Lage und das Personal im Restaurant waren top.

The location is fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. The rooms were large but definitely could use a refresh. The beds were comfy which I appreciate. The rooftop bar/restaurant has amazing views and we enjoyed a drink as we took in the view.

Very professional staff. Excellent, central location. Convenient access. Food in is excellent with amazing food although a bit over priced. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and speak English which is helpful.

In the center of Cuenca very safe close to a lot convenient store super markets price is very affordable bed soft and comfortable smart tv hot showers rooftop is amazing definitely worth it !
