Lovely, easy, quiet stay for someone who speaks little Spanish and a quick night stay. Staff was eager to do their best to help when I didn’t understand. The breakfast is unlike any hotel breakfast in the states. Excellent!

Wonderful stay experience! The staff at Hotel Indio went above and beyond to make us feel at home and our stay most enjoyable. Would stay with them again with zero hesitation. If you find yourself in Otovalo, look them up- you’ll be pleased.

I haven't stayed in the town of Otavalo before; usually I prefer out in the campo. This time though I was on a specific mission at the market and must have asked the front desk staff 1000 questions and each time they were amazing. I got good restaurant recommendations, a tip on where to go for alpaca, and a great massage they organized before my trip to Quito and flight home.

The staff is amazing. This is the best place we stayed in Ecuador. The front desk were extremely helpful with directions and things to do. This hotel and staff deserve way beyond excellent. We would recommend anyone and everyone to this place. The location is great too.

Reservamos y resulta que el hotel no nos brindó el servicio porque estaba lleno. Me parece una falta de respeto que teniendo una reserva nos digan eso. Entonces que no ofrezcan su servicio por plataforma porque no garantizan la reserva.

Das Hoottel ist zentral gelegen und bietet 3 Blocks entfernt einen gratis Parkplatz an. Zimmereinrichtung älter aber sauber. Der Safe ist eine festgeschraubte Geldkasette und Schlüssel ist nur gegen Kaution zu bekommen. Eine Fernbedienung gibt es nur auf Verlangen. Frühstück ok aber Extras sind kostenpflichtig. Hotel ist ok aber Leistung eher in 40 USD Kategorie
