Horrible! No hot water , no flushing toilet for 3 days . This is a complete rip off!

My first time at this charming small hotel but not the last for sure. The central location is great. The included breakfast is really good. I also enjoyed the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel.

Property is great, excellent location right on the Plaza. Owners are wonderful and went out of their way to help us. We will be back!!

Everything is good

We spent $250 USD for a room that the bathroom door didn't close, the shower came out with no pressure, it would be scalding hot then get freezing cold instantly. There was no shelf to put any of your belongings on. The people above us sounded like they were moving furniture all night. When we tried to check in we were told the office was open at 12, we came back at 12 they told us 1 pm, the person that checked us in didn't understand english or speak any english, so could answer no questions. It is a cute concept but needs a lot of work or lower the price.

The grounds were beautiful. Our room was large and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a great location. It was very close to restaurants shopping and the beach.

Charming, well located hotel

No hot water in shower, although sink had hot water. ?? That was the only negative, plus it is a little loud at night because it is directly on the square and immediately next to the musicians playing well past 10:30. Otherwise very nice.

Great stay in a desirable room. Right by the square and next to a Brewery that serves delicious food! A real find.

The hotel was in a great location with lots of dining and bar options within blocks of the hotel. The property was clean and service was great. After check out we were able to stow our luggage for a few hours and they ordered us a taxi to the airport with no issues. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very nice and clean, and very walkable to the main plaza and also to the Malecon. It's a great room and lots of space.

Nice quiet area, close to everything, staff was very nice.

Veronica provided amazing hospitality every time we encountered her. She even directed us to a locals beach off the path where we swam with dolfims and hiked to hidden coves. Veronica deserves a raise
