Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one. After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning. On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Si no tienes nada que hacer alrededor mejor no vayas.Las instalaciones son viejas, el baño muy sucio, tiene ventilador pero no es suficiente ,mucha humedad, afuera mucho ruido e inseguro

no recibimos limpieza de la habitación los insumos de aseo tenían que ser solicitados solo se dio 1 colcha para 2 camas

Pues la atención dejó mucho que desear. el cliente no tiene como comunicarse, no existe en la pagina de HOTELS.COM un numero de ellos. Y no sé si el cobro se hizo con mi tarjeta pero se hizo el pago directo de los pasajeros. Como puedo saberlo ? Pagamos 100 S/. equivalente a 25 usd. Gracias por la respuesta

Booking debería de saber ....este hotel pone desayuno incluido y no es verdad. Debería de poner información de su realidad

Limpieza regular y la comodidad igual... perei tiempo para q me den mi dni. Falta de coordinacion entre trabajadores y no era la habitacion q me mostraron en la foto al momento de la reserva

Mejorar el servicio, asignan los puestos a venezolanos que no saben atender al cliente. Pésimo!!!!!

Considerando el costo del establecimiento, cumplió con mis expectativas. Ya que solo esperaba una conexión y buscaba, un lugar intermedio entre un centro comercial y el aeropuerto. Super recomendado!

Es un Hostal muy sencillo, humilde, pero con las necesidades básica y limpieza adecuada. El personal es muy amable cordial y colaborador. De verdad muchas gracias, me salvaron de una terrible estadia en el viaje.

Hotel was ok for a one night stay ( layover)) between flights, plenty of hot water, bed was ok, housekeeping wasn’t that good but again, it’s good enough for a one night stay.

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very nice. They called a taxi for us to get to the bus station. Very colorful decorations we're nice, too.

Overall its worth staying here for an overnight lay over. I paid $16 U.S. The place is not cute, the bed is firm and the pillows are bricks. Its very close to restaurants. The wifi works properly and is available in your room. Checking in was a breeze. The hostel arranges taxi pick up and drop off from the airport. I felt safe. I would never stay here over consecutive nights! Never!
