Séjour très agréable. Seulement le service de restauration du soir s'arrête trop tôt (19h30). Le wi-fi en dehors des chambres est un peu problématique.

Perfect stay. The staff is so kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food. Restaurant was the best in the area. Beach and pool area is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. Could not ask for a better accommodation.

Beautiful new resort. Great location, on site bar and restaurant. 2 pools. Beach chairs and paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling gear etc. Air-conditioned room. Highly recommended.

Tolle Lage, doch viel zu teuer für die eher bescheidene Leistung und Ausstattung. Keine Einweisung ins Resort. Zimmerservice nur Handtuchwechsel und Bett machen. Keine saubere Reinigung, weder im Bad noch im Wohnbereich. Frühstück sehr lieblos und das schlechteste das wir in 4 Monaten Rundreise in Ozeanien hatten. Kaffee-Maschine seit langem defekt, deshalb nur AUFBRÜH-Kaffee zum Frühstück ohne Erklärung oder Entschuldigung und das in einer Region die zu Neuseeland gehört - und dort gehört SEHR guter Kaffee zum Leben. Wir haben die Managerin auf diesen unhaltbaren Zustand angesprochen und nach einer Lösung und einem Ausgleich gefragt- die Antwort hat uns fast umgehauen: In der Leistung des Resorts gehöre Kaffee zum Frühstück, aber nicht Maschinen-Kaffee. Nicht nur frech und dreist, sondern echt unverschämt. So kann man ein Resort führen - da stören nur die Gäste. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Alles super. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Trinkwasser im Zimmer da das Wasser gefiltert wird. Verleih von Schnorchelausrüstung kostenlos. Flughafen Shuttle kostenlos. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war Ok. Super schön gelegen und die Anlage ist gut in Stand gehalten.

Outstanding

Beautiful property and villa design.. however there are lizards in the room that leave droppings all over the bed and guest belongings. In most villas I stay that have lizards, a net over the bed helps this issue. There is no restaurant on property so for lunch and dinner you have to cook or visit other properties. But the kitchen is well stocked for guest to be able to cook. Staff are very nice and friendly. I was received at the airport with a warm welcome. Housekeeping went into my room with the do not disturb sign on the door and moved my belongings without my permission. Management advised they needed to empty the trash and change the towels which did not require them to move my belongings so there’s no excuse for that behavior. If it’s not clear, a person that has the DND sign on the doo does not want a person in the room and definitely does not anyone touching their belongings. I will not revisit ans do not recommend for that reason.

We stayed here before the Christmas holiday. Many places were closed around the island and we were trying to go diving. Reception tried over and over to help us schedule a dive. Their efforts were incredible! They also made renting a scooter super easy. The entire staff was amazing! Kind, sincere, helpful and caring. The breakfast buffet was top-notch and their pizza was pretty good, too. We attended Island night on Tuesday and it was fantastic! The entire facility is clean and beautiful and we would love to come back someday. Thank you for everything!

Best small hotel pool! Filtered ocean salt water refreshed almost daily. Great Tapas bar with the best Pina Colada mocktail I have ever tasted. Would/will definitely go back!
