We had to check in at the different spot. That was not an issue. When we got there, the lady who helped us to get in the apartment turned on the heater for us. Only cold air came out of the heater, so we thought we had to wait for a while to get warmer. But it gave us only cold air so we had to turned it off the heater. There was a direction to turn on the water heater so I followed the instruction but I couldn't get hot water and water pressure was so low. We couldn't take shower and it was late night so next day I called but no one picked up. I had to send an email and someone came to check the house. And the man told me that the heater is broken so I had to use the electric warmer in each room. I guess the lady who let us in the apartment didn't know that. The man told me that he would fix the water heater so we could go out to explore the city. So we trusted him and left the apartment and came back at night. Everything was the same. Nothing has been fixed. We were very upset but the next morning we were going to leave the city so we slept. When we left the city, I got an email about the situation we had to go through. I think the owner or manager whoever wasn't responsible for this situation and didn't handle it well. The apartment was huge and good but I wouldn't go there again. One bad experience is enough!
