El trato de quienes al parecer son los propietarios del hotel es agradable y cercano. Las instalaciones son preciosas, el restaurante donde sirven el desayuno también así como la decoración de la casa en general. La ubicación perfecta para moverse por la zona.

Pues, por fuera es precioso, amplio, bien para aparcar, Por dentro es muy antiguo, diria que es de los 80 o asi, el baño en color creo que es de esa epoca, las puertas son de panel, los muebles son de cuando yo era niño, y tengo 54 años, el mobiliario en general es muy antiguo y le vendría bien un cambio, Pero como nosotras solo lo utilizamos para ducharnos y dormir, es perfecto, es muy barato y eso compensa, Yo lo que si pediría pir favor, es una goma antideslizante en la bañera, eso o esas pegatinas de peces de goma, es peligrosa, se resbala mucho, yo tuve dos resbalones y a punto estuve de caerme, Otra cosa positiva, limpieza, yo me encontraba la habitación limpia , cama hechs y toallas dobladas y limpias, eso para mi es mas importante que unos muebles viejos, Quizas a todo el mundo no le de igual.

Everything is OK. Only thing I do not like that is the room is in basement. I would not book the hotel if I knew I will stay in a basement room. It did not say this when I booked the hotel.

L'hôtel est très bruyant les chambres très mal isolées en pleine nuit on entend les occupants des chambres voisines prendre une douche ou aller aux toilettes ! Point positif la propreté rien à redire

Lo que menos nos ha gusstado es que ha habido por la mañana bastante ruido..por ejemplo vaiilla, un perro ladrando, etc..

La struttura di per se è anche accogliente ed il personale gentile e pronto. Tuttavia la mia stanza presentava diverse parti dove la pulizia non era stata eseguita in maniera ottimale e c'era un odore persistente di prodotto per pavimenti utilizzato senza poi provvedere al risciacquo dello stesso.

Hotel is in a beautiful setting very quiet out of the main city. There’s a bus stop close by to take you to the center. The decor is very dated and had a Fawlty Towers vibe. A big negative was the noise from the room above which started at 04:00 and ended at 06:00. There’s no sound proofing

Excelente hotel, a unos minutos de santander y en una zona tranquila y bonita. El hotel es bello, clásico de campo. Sus dueños muy amables

El personal maravilloso. La habitacion pequeña, sin luz y estaba la ventana a la altura la acera lo cual no mos permitia abrir la ventana. Camas muy pequeñas e incomodas.

El hotel esta genial, muy buena atencion por parte del personal, las instalaciones en perfecto estado. Dispones de autobus para ir hasta el centro sin ningun problema. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos, repetiremos seguro.

Rosemary's review.. I very rarely give poor reviews on hotels as a lot of things are subjective, but in the instance of room 208 of this hotel I can only give a poor review - it would have been terrible if it wasn't for the other rooms of the 2 other guests in our party of three having less of an issue (but room B1 in the basement was reported to be unclean). I checked into room 208 and laid down for one hour on the bed, very FORTUNATELY i got up, I was bitten all over my arms from definite BED BUGS - to the point that on arrival to the ferry the next day back to plymouth, UK had to seek medical treatment from the on board nurse - obtained some medical cream. Sadly Ian who paid for the hotel trip already checked out (even left a tip), before he was made aware of the bed bug issue. It is possible that because we arrived so soon, they turned the room over too quickly, as room 208 was first to become available. Ian reported his room B2 was adequate and clean, which means been subjective can only give a poor rated, not terrible. No dining area, but already knew that before checking in. Would suggest to other quests not accepting rooms the become available before the proper check in time, as probably wouldn't have been cleaned properly... room 208 needs a complete overhaul.
