4 night ski holiday with friends. The hotel is beautiful and very well situated right on the slope. Spa is lovely but not maintained enough by staff.

Huge apartment. Mixed service from housekeeping (no tablets or cloths for dishwasher). Good ski-on, ski-off. Ski rental in hotel although we had booked elsewhere without realising.

Great hotel. Our room had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room/kitchen and a balcony. Perfect for a family Also it had indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, Which was great to use during the snow storm day. The only constructive feedback was in their restaurant. It had no kid meal, nor vegetarian friendly.

Lovely hotel with great views of the slopes and decor, location could be better

Piscine défectueuse, beaux aménagements avec beaucoup de goût, personnel agréable, mais inversion dans la préparation des chambres entre enfants et parents : chambre enfants donnant côté pistes avec la salle d’eau équipé du grand “aviva”! Bel établissement très bien situé par rapport aux pistes.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel car nous étions 2 couples et il était intéressant de prendre la suite deux chambres car elle coûtait largement moins chère. Nous avions satisfait par rapport à nos attentes. Ce n'est pas le meilleur hotel de la station mais l'un des plus intéressants

Fantastisk fin beliggenhed ift. ski in-out, men dermed også fra afterskiing barerne. Fint service minded personale, rummelige værelser og god parkering hvis man kommer i bil. Spa og pool er set bedre og lidt for kolde. Meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet.

Very good value for money. The room had a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and freezer. Great views over the mountains too. Good ski in/ ski out location close to the start of town. The negatives: The hotel lacked their own transport which means you have to take a local taxi (very expensive €20 per journey). The spa is odd because the saunas are serperate from the small swimming pool and to get beteeen the two you have to walk through the reception area. Also despite advertising 3 saunas, 1 sauna just has radiators inside it and the second was out of service. Therefore, there was really only 1 sauna. Finally, the hotel is a bit of a maze to walk around. Overall, a good experience that provided good value for money.

Holiday with family for 5days First the hotel nor the resort is not designed for small children <3, moving a buggy around was a struggle to say the least It is no way a four star hotel in terms of quality and is in need of refurbishment but it's clean and practical for skiing. We had problems with our room night 1, got no sleep at all due to a buzzing sound in the wall, next day we moved to another room where we got some sleep but the layout was terrible. The saving grace was that the hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We checked out a day early, despite paying for the week. Would go again is I was with a group of friends but otherwise not one for us.

Great hotel in an amazing position

Неплохой завтрак для отелей в этом районе, есть подземная парковка для авто, выход сразу на трассу и до подъёмников 1 мин. Но отельчик старенький уже, запах от ковров соответствующий, номера уставшие, простынь вся в катышках, застиранная ( за 33 тыс/сут могли бы и новое белье постелить )

Prestige suiten var lækker og med god plads. Maden og service var dårlig. Dårligt udvalg af morgenmad - mindede mest om morgenmadsbuffet fra et billigt charterhotel. Spaområdet er næsten ikke-eksisterende.

View from our room was great and the layout was excellent. Other rooms in the same class were not as good.

Bel hôtel à l'entrée de la station. A 5mn à pied du centre. Parking privé -grandes chambres - saunas -piscine intérieure -local à ski (avec chauffage pour chaussures et gants ) Réception 24/24. Accueil irréprochable.

מיקום מושלם (SKI IN / OUT). ארוחת בוקר מעולה, צוות מקצועי, אדיב ויעיל. נחזור בשנה הבאה.

Vi var jättenöjda med vår vistelse på le Hameau. Rymliga rum, mer som en lägenhet och trevlig miljö.

Service inexistant - Personnel désagréable - Mauvaise conception de l'hotel (innombrables couloirs, piscine et spa avec vue directe sur la réception,...) - Décoration désuète
