Clean, modern, lovely rooms. There is a welcome drink on arrival, we got an elderflower spritz. Only weakness was the lifts were not working properly,.

Great funky hotel in an amazing location

This clean modern hotel is a real find. Staff very friendly also.

Även om resan va till Liverpool, fick jag boka hotell i Manchester. Inget jag ångrade, detta hotellet ligger nära tågstationen. Hotellet är väldigt fint, rent och bra service. Fick en bra frukostfralla, och jag är väldigt nöjd med frukosten, en hel del att välja.

A really nice room with great style. Excellent staff just a disappointing breakfast.

Really lovely and well presented room and main lobby/reception area, however I found my bed to be really quite uncomfortable; hard and lumpy, not something you’d expect from a new hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a relatively new hotel so everything is super clean and fresh. Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom with walk in shower. The property is a very short walk from Piccadilly station which makes it very convenient when travelling and also close to restaurants and bars in the city centre.

Was given access friendly room, made showering a bit awkward. Lighting in room wasn’t great, bathroom particularly dark. Breakfast service was slightly slow, good choices but had I not amended my breakfast to include extras, would have been an overly expensive meal.

Utrolig god service, veldig fornøyd

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the room i stayed was very nice and comfortable. I wish i could’ve stayed longer than a day, if i ever return to Manchester i will definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you very much

The hotel looked relatively new and modern. Hoewever, the room we had was quite small, it was difficult to get to the other side of the bed. The design of the bed platform is somewhat dangerous when it's dark. I fell down because of the step from the bed. It was also noisy given that our room was overlooking the main street. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was somewhat of a chaos, with many items on the buffet not filled while we were there. The hot breakfast was ok and service was quick to bring it once ordered. The location of the hotel is quiet convenient, with the train station and city center at walking distance.

Perfect spot to stay. Close to Piccadilly but far enough away from the main streets to be quiet but convenient. Nice hotel, well appointed room and very friendly and helpful staff.

Overall a very good exsperience.

Spotlessly clean. Everything is top quality, even the cutlery and glassware 👌 Cooked breakfast could have been better, poached eggs, white wasnt set and yolk wasnt runny, toast was burned. Cappuccino, maybe the machine was out of coffee, it was like frothy milk. Plenty choice of cereals and pastries, cant comment as I didnt have any. But will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel. Stayed with my teenage son and asked for twin beds. The room was modern and very clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location. Lovely breakfast m. Would recommend x

I had a word with the receptionist on the day of my check out regarding my concerns for the cleanliness of the bedroom.Upon check in i can see some dust especially behind the door. The next day,i was shocked that my bed was half done only.Sink was not cleaned and hair dryer was left exactly the same since i was in a rush that morning.Bits of toilet rolls behind the door and more dust.Housekeeping not doing there job properly.I have been to almost all of the hotel chains and this was the first time ever that thebed was not done properly .Much better service when i was at travelodge or premier inn standard to think that it is Marriit Bonvoy chain. Even on the dining room table,being the first customer in the moring i can see some crumbs on an empty and unused table. Room was noisy can hear very loud from outside and the lay out of the bed that you cant stand in front of it since its almost next to the wall where the tv is.The bed is on a platform like of wood which i almost knocked my foot. I hope that the receptionist that day mentioned it to her supervisor all my concerns since i did not get any feed back at all since

Staff lovely, room great . Comfortable and spacious . Breakfast worth the cost , very good food and coffee
