Estuve 3 días y 2 noches. Todo muy lindo. Comida deliciosa. El personal súper amable Lamentablemente la última noche varios hombres que se hospedaban entraron licor. Cambiaron la música tranquila que era usual. También estuvieron molestando al personal femenino del hotel. Estuvieron así hasta la. 1 am Se solicitó ayuda al personal del Hotel pero los hombres siguieron igual. Lástima que arruinaron mi estancia y la imagen del hotel. Porque lo hicieron con su consentimiento.

On-going construction to the building was horrendous. Also the building being constructed next door and the street dogs barking all night everynight and finally the cockrall 4 am to 6 am everymorning ! Do not stay if you want peace.

The staff was amazing and absolutely accommodating. My flight was delayed 5 days due to weather and they still accommodated my reservation! It’s safe and clean. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice eco-friendly project. The staff is always attentive and you'll not have a single day without the caring smile of Juan, Esteban, Lesbia, and the others... One only complaint: the pool had a super slippery floor, which makes it a bit unsafe if you are playing with children and you can't stand within the pool...

Camas incomodas y viejas. Habitación sucia... no cambiaron las sabanas cuando llegamos estaban llenas de pelos y sucias. Tienen que mejorar...

Excelente ubicación, no muy lejos del pueblo perfecto para estar relajados. Todo el personal fue súper amable, la comida deliciosa, se respira tranquilidad. Definitivamente se convirtió en nuestro hotel favorito en Santiago! Recomendado!!

Deben de cambiar las camas y tener comida variada no tuvimos agua por varias horas
