While checking in the guy informs me it will be 5% extra to use a credit card & shows me in a calculator how much in local (Sols) it will be...$404. Then after I swipe the card, turns out he added an extra $20; total $424
No hot water the 1st night. 

Lovely little hostel with really nice staff and cleaners. The kitchen for cooking is great and there is a little supermarket close by. 

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfy rooms. Only issue was water outages which affected the entire city block.
