전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Serangoon House Little India, Singapore, a Tribute Portfolio™ Hotel

스포어에 있을 때 무작위로 호텔을 검색했는데, 정말 좋은 경험이었고, 클래식룸에서 디럭스룸으로 무료 업그레이드해 주었고, MRT, 무스타파 센터 등 근처에 있어서 위치가 좋았어요.

카말라, 프라바 그리고 모든 직원들이 보여준 대단한 환대에 감사드립니다.

객실은 훌륭했습니다. 친절한 직원, 원활한 체크인 및 체크아웃, 전반적으로 훌륭했습니다.

훌륭합니다. MRT 페레르 공원 옆, 무스타파 센터 바로 맞은편에 있습니다. 서비스가 훌륭하고, 객실은 완벽하지만 변기에 물 분무기를 추가하면 됩니다(이제는 티슈만 제공).

In overall we had a good stay. The hotel location is strategic, close to the mall and easy to find food. MRT is also very close. The hotel itself although compact was good, breakfast and afternoon snacks were provided. Staffs were helpful both in the reception and restaurant. David from the restaurant had been great, always nice, helpful, and smiling, while the others in the restaurant seem to still need to boost their friendliness towards the guests. The only major drawback for us is that the room pictures provided in app was far from similar from what we got when we checked in. While we paid for the room that had the largest size in app (royal maharaja)-we specifically picked and reviewed the room based on the pictures and sizes provided-we got the royal maharani instead. Traveloka needs to put the exact room name that matches with the pictures and matches with hotel 's given room name instead of just random name in their room pictures in the app side. Maharani room was smaller for sure than our expectation, but it was clean, except the carpet. Also we stayed for 4 people (2 adults+2 kids), but they only provided us with 4 towels on the first day, and left us with 2 towels in the subsequent days. You need to ask them to give you proper number of towels if you stayed more than 1 day there.
