전체 평가 및 리뷰 Holiday Inn Express CHANGBAISHAN, an IHG Hotel

When we checked in, the counter guy told us that they did get paid by hotels.com. So they suggested that we pay hotel and get payback from hotels.com. Even they asked me to contact hotels.com and solve problems. I could not believe that that kind of thing is suggested by western brand hotel. Also the hotel building was a shoddy and faulty construction. Restroom was dirty. It was a truly awful stay. If you would like to enjoy ski in winter, it could be good choice.

早晚温差大多带点衣。

酒店位于万达国际度假村，度假村面积很大，就在果松山下，环境非常好，适合休闲。酒店赠送的缆车、自行车等休闲项目挺不错的。自驾车的话，停车也很方便。应该说，酒店提供的设施与服务，还是基本到位的。看了评论，大家抱怨比较多的是酒店的服务，平心而论，酒店的服务意识还是有的，无奈旅客数量大，质量难免跟不上。比如早餐，为了赶七点钟去长白山的班车，六点半刚一开餐，众多旅客一拥而上，这种抢食的阵仗，在三亚、丽江等处也曾遭遇过。在国内的旅游热门地区，只能调低一下自己的期望值吧。
