All food in restaurants and room service are awesome. I was satisfied with all meals I had. You can walk to the beach for 15min. The swimming pool on the rooftop is also great. The employees are really friendly.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento, a pesar de ser un hotel relativamente no tan viejo las alfombras del pasillo estaban sucias y maltratadas y la cabecera muy desgastada. También deberían limpiar las agarraderas de las puertas . En comodidad bien y tranquilidad tambien.

1) Floor's Ice machine was not working, Hotel asked me to get the ice from their bar every time I needed 2) Hotter stopped working 3) Water filter never been replaced as water stinks 4) Very old carpets 5) Bath room door refuses to close 6) Toilet seat misaligned, overtime needed to adjust it and use it. 7) Fridge doesn't work.

Personal muy amable, muy agradable la estancia.

Overall it is a nice hotel, and connected with the mall makes it easier walking to find restaurants. It is a bit far walking to beach but walkable. We are unfortunately having a room with broken refrigerator and leaking toilet and smell really bad. Considering too much work to switch the room so we bear with it for 4 nights , i did not get any types of discounts when i told them about the issues when i checked out. This is quite disappointing.

Its an OK place but not the best in the area. The rooftop is extrmeely expensive I want to assume is because day pass users get credit for what they pay and guest have to pay the price as well

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel ya que ubicación es excelente, zona segura, y l hotel está en perfecto estado. La comida es rica y a buen precio. Además del personal muy amable y cálido. 100% Recomendado

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena: está en un centro comercial. La habitación es muy limpia, los servicios son muy buenos y el hotel es muy bonito

便利な場所にあり、部屋も広く、快適に過ごせました。オールインクルーシブではありませんが、近くにショッピングモールがあり、レストランも多いので、食事も困りませんでした。朝食は美味しく、種類も豊富で、良かったし、屋上のプールも快適でした。専用のビーチは無いので、ご注意を。
