We splurged for this hotel because of it's interiors and really nice overall style and vibe. We were pretty disappointed at the end because the tablet in the room didn't end up working and that's how you communicate with the concierge. There is no phone in the room and the phone number on Maps does not lead to the front desk. The TVs also were not smart TVs. Once we finally found the number, the person who came to help spoke almost no english. I asked for different pillows and another duvet and he asked me to come to the supply closet with him in order to get it myself. It was quite a disappointment to us overall

Had a great ovwrnight stay in the suite with a beautiful view. Staff were lovely and super helpful. Food was good. bedroom was great, spacious and comfortable.

Overpriced, mediocre at best. Hotel needs a major remodel. Restaurant and staff at the restaurant are nice. However, I was seated at the table one night, waited for 20 minutes, manager and staff walked by me 30 times without even acknowledging. Went elsewhere. This is a 3 star place on its best day.

Virkeligt et skønt hotel. Super sødt personale alle steder og super serviceminded. Nogen skrev, at værelserne er små. Vi boede på et almindeligt dobbeltværelse og det var ikke enormt, men vi havde nok plads og det var jo ikke der, vi brugte vores tid mest. Rigtig god seng også og et flot værelse. Vi kom før tid og blev opgraderet til hav-udsigt, hvilket var sødt af dem. Alternativt var det udsigt til en anden bygning formentligt. God restaurant på hotellet, som ligger super centralt og tæt på badested. Et sted vi godt kunne komme retur til.

Great location along the sea, close to everything in town. Staff are wonderful. AC was super, it was very hot so this was welcome. Just a very nice hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.

Fantastic stay! The building was renovated few years ago and modernized with a lot of electronics. The room was very comfortable, quiet and clean. Very nice bathroom. All hotel interior is consistent with sea-related decorations and zodiac theme incorporated in overall design. Even the napkins are personalized. Overall I strongly recommend this hotel!

We were greeted by the wonderful Koper staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay in a hotel that is located right in the heart of Koper.

Siamo stati accolti in maniera professionale, receptionist di livello, servizio bagagli e valet parking molto apprezzato. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, set bagno con articoli di qualità. L’Hotel dispone di un ristorante all’interno e di una pizzeria che sono i migliori a Capodistria. Abbiamo passato 2 giorni da favola. Grazie mille e a presto

Fizemos a reserva desse hotel porque tinha nota 10. Mas desde a chegada não foi isso que vimos. Nos colocaram num quarto em um prédio anexo, sem elevador e somente acesso por escada. Quarto minúsculo para um hotel com nota tão elevada. Ar condicionado desligado e tivemos que dormir de janela aberta, entretanto, abaixo do nosso quarto tinha uma festa com uma música alta até de madrugada. Foi uma noite desagradável. O hotel não estava cheio. Se esse hotel tivesse realmente interesse que seus hóspedes tivessem uma boa experiência, remanejem a distribuição dos quartos para os melhores. Café bom. Garagem é cobrada a parte.

Experience was great. Hotel very stylish, rooms comfortable and personal very friendly and helpful.
