The room was small but comfortable

I really like the fact that everyone was kind and friendly. Even though I don’t speak Spanish everyone was able to assist me. The break fast was also amazing. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Si solo vas a llegar a dormir, es una buena opción. Lugar seguro y el hotel es muy limpio y habitaciones cómodas.

Mis hijos y yo tuvimos una experiencia magnífica. La propiedad es excelente, todo nuevo y reluciente, ambiente seguro y muy cómodo. Hermosa piscina y el área de estar es muy acogedora. Desayuno delicioso con varias opciones. El personal es súper atento y muy capacitados. Le doy un 10 de 10. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Exceptuando una de las chicas del desayuno, el resto del personal muy antipático y muy poco servicial.

Be aware. The cleaning lady stole my hair clippers. They will steal your stuff and say the hallway cameras didn't show signs of theft. Don't leave anything of value in your room.

Personnel service was great but While in the room you can hear the noise in the morning from employees or whoever is in the hallway. Bathroom was not dirty but it was not 100% clean as the bathtub had some stains. I don’t know how to explain but I didn’t feel the bed 100% clean. Food was amazing and the gym is small but good enough to do your basic exercises. They have a rule where you cannot have any visits unless that person is on the reservation 👎. Parking is available in case you rent a vehicle and also it has a beauty salon. Overall I’ll say is a 7 out of 10 with minor details to be corrected.

Me gustó la tranquilidad, la limpieza, el servicio, también es una zona donde está cerca de todo a la vez, se siente seguro estar ahí.

was overbooked when I arrived. Receptionist . girl was so sweet, stressed & all. Bad Mgmt., idk. Maybe worst day ever for us all

The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast was nice. Beautiful rooftop area with pool, gym and lounge area. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the Malecon. .

El lugar fue muy cómodo, desde el recepcionista al hacer el check in hasta el señor que abre la puerta de entrada al estacionamiento, todos fueron muy amables. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El único detalle que deben tomar en cuenta es que deben levantarse temprano para el desayuno ya que si llegan muy tarde puede que no hayan algunos platos del menú disponible (como nos pasó a mi familia). Independientemente de esto, el desayuno fue bueno. Volvería a quedarme aquí.

The property was very well located, excellent Dominican restaurant just walking distance. Also, the malecón was just 5mins walking distance too. Breakfast is included and is great, they have a beautiful salon in the premises which is very convenient. I highly recommend this boutique hotel if you want to be far from the noisy nightlife. Price is very affordable. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortables.
