フロントに人がおらず、ホテルに入る時も出る時も常に待たされたので、朝のチェックアウト時くらいは誰かいて欲しいと思いました。近くに市場や店がたくさんあり、バスターミナルからも徒歩圏内で良かったです。チェックイン時にテレビのリモコンを渡されましたが、電池切れで電源が入らなかったのが残念でした。

The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in.
