Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Bedsheet and pillows could be better. The location of this particular hotel is hard-to find and uber won't come to the front.

Property was clean and very near Majestic. Air-conditioning, Staff were all excellent and it seemed popular with young professional/ local travelers. But it is at the end of a narrow alley that allows only one automobile at a time. Many times Uber/cabs didn't want to come in through the alley to pick up/drop off.

Approach road to property crowded

The surroundings are not so good, but the location is excellent. It is close to the station, bus stand, and subway. I arrived early in the morning, so I had to kill time around the area until check-in, but the front desk staff in the morning were very helpful. I checked in a little early, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with air conditioning. On the downside, as many other guests have written in their reviews, the bathroom smelled like a drain. The front desk staff in the afternoon (Munna) had some problems and it was difficult to communicate. On the second afternoon, the room had not been cleaned, water had not been refilled, and the bed had not been made, he said, "I will call you right away, so wait in your room." I waited for a long time, but no one came to my room. As I was about to go out, the cleaning staff came to my room in the evening, so I asked, "Don't you clean the rooms every day?" and the woman in charge came. She said, "The rooms are cleaned after the guests check out," so I asked, "Is that the policy of this hotel?" She said, "Wait a minute," and called out to the cleaning staff, and they all left somewhere. I asked the front desk what had happened, and he answered, "I heard that you said that the rooms don't need cleaning." and it turned out that the woman had lied to the staff. When I saw her, she just pretended not to know and ran away, hiding in another room. Witout her, I can say with confidence that it would be a nice hotel.

A convenient place for transport. Comfortable clean hotel modern style good wifi. Breakfast varied but no black coffee.

Stayed again wifi fast it would be nice to have cold milk available for cornflakes good variety at breakfast

Close to all rail bus and metro near Majestic. Fast wifi comfortable bed clean room modern decoration. Hot water best during the night

The hotel is a good mid range hotel but the reception staff need to understand more about customer service.
