Everything about Kinship Landing is next level terrific! Gracious and welcoming staff; beautiful common areas; amazing restaurant/cafe; and gorgeous rooms. So happy to have stayed here and would for sure return!

Refreshing stay - enjoyed the outdoor seating area with firepit, the cafe in the lobby, the simple but very accommodating room.

Rooms were absolutely beauticil! We had the city king suite and we loved everything about it. The coffee shop and restaurant food I would highly recommend! The atmosphere of the place was outstanding. 10/10 experience!

Just on the edge of the safer cleaner part of downtown. The hotel is setup to make sure you are safe and comfortable inside. Great amenities and hospitality

Our room was relatively clean but was not comfortable. The bed itself was ok. There were no chairs in the room, just a built in bench off to the side, which was nice to put my clothes/suitcase on. The bed was pretty much on the floor as well. It was ok for me but my husband had a hard time getting in and out. The room had a wine fridge but not a regular mini fridge that most hotels have in their rooms.

I love how eco-conscious this property is. I appreciate the refillable soaps, shampoo, etc. The fact that you have lotion too! Thank you for the electric teapot in the room. Bed was super comfy and the sheets/bedding are great quality. The restaurant offers a delicious selection. Staff is helpful and goes the extra distance to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. Excellent hospitality!! Very European feel.This hotel is delightful in every way!! Thank you.🤗

Great place awesome room good food. I just thought it was weird you had to pay for parking.

We stayed in a „Queen Suite“ with Mountain View. We liked the youthful vibe of the hotel, its use of wood, and it is close to the ( rather dead ) downtown area. Minus: from the window side of the bed, you „step down“ from a mattress height on a wooden podest ( for lack of a better word ) and from the back end of the bed, it is a surprisingly steep step down to the floor. This is outright dangerous. I was nervous, that I would get out of bed at night, half awake, miss that step and hit my head. It did not happen, luckily, but this needs changing. Someone will get badly hurt.

This was our second time at KINSHIP .. love this place .. rooms are so nice with super comfy beds .. the property is very nice & well maintained.. enjoy the outdoor area with seating & fire pits .. most of all LOVE Homa! We ate there breakfast, lunch & dinner. Delicious options .. overall enjoyed our stay .. would recommend & would return!

A super cute, trendy hotel. We stayed in the family suite, the bunks were adorable and having two bathrooms was so awesome! We had a wonderful time thank you so much.

Overall excellent stay. Beautiful, modern and clean hotel. We enjoyed our room- very spacious. Tried out the bar during happy hour. Drinks were good and so were the fries. Good restaurants near by. Only cons was the parking, it was about $18 for 24 hours you can pay per hour or per day when scanning the code. Also on our last day the elevator was out of service. We were on the 4th floor and coming down with all our luggage was a struggle but manageable.

Hotel rooms are small but they make up for it in uniqueness and very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff provided anything that was asked for and they were easy to reach via text.

I liked the style of this place. Room was clean but a bit small. Loved having the option of the “Homa” restaurant on site. Good food and very convenient.
