THIS LISTING IS NOT BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER. STAY AWAY, THIS IS A FRAUD LISTING. NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR THE PROPERTY. I am not sure how this passed the Hotels.com scrutiny. I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. My wife and I drove 2 hours from Pune Maharashtra to the resort. At the gate, we were not allowed to enter the resort premises. After persuading the guard and showing him the receipt on my phone, he reluctantly let us in. At the reception, we were shocked to know when the manager said that they are not listed on Hotels.com. I spoke with Casurina Resorts corporate office in Pune and was told the same. I contacted hotels.com support and they were also not able to get in touch with the person / company who listed the property on hotels.com. I was told that they could not issue a refund but I will get a call back from the Hotels.com reservations team, which I have not received as of today. I am frustrated and quite honestly not sure what to do in order to get a refund. Did not expect this from the likes of hotels.com/expedia and Vrbo.
